7. {♛} New York

I wanted to make sure that first of all no one must know about where am I going so after having done my packing I wore pants and crop top with a hoodie so that no one sees my face

I decided to inform my family I messaged all of them

'I am really sorry but I need some time and don't try to find me I will come back soon'

They would definitely think I need some time to recover from all this but they shouldn't know I am going to solve this

I didn't want to inform them about where I am going I had to go to New York without anyone knowing of it.

But where would I stay even if I reach there

I can't stay with Jennifer either because she already share's her rented apartment with some Indians who will definitely recognize me

If I stay in a hotel people will recognize me

Ah! God! Why am I even famous?

I suddenly thought about Maya my high school bestfriend but after she shifted to new York for her career we almost lost contact and plus she is the one I can trust I decided to give her a call I can't just drop in someone's house

M- "hello"

A-"Hello Maya this is Anushka"

M-"ah! Anushka I don't know what to say I am really sorry for what happened with V.."

A- "Maya stop and listen to me I am coming to New York don't ask any further questions about that I will explain everything to you once I am there and don't tell anyone about it and yeah can I drop in your house?"

M- "Anushka I didn't understand a word but okay come here we will talk"

A- "fine see you there"

The next step was to drive to the airport.

I made sure that no one knows where I am and decided to attract the least attention and kept quiet through the whole flight just facing the window

After getting out I put my hoodie again and just walked avoiding contact with anyone

As soon as I came out I saw a familiar face "Jennifer"

I instantly ran to her and hugged her.

Oh I felt like I had completed some big undercover mission

Although this was just the starting.
