"Yes, Mom. I'll be fine. I love you, bye." You smiled through the phone at your worried mom, before hanging up.
You knocked on the apartment door. A few moments later, a woman in her mid-thirties opened the door, gasping. "Y/N is that you?"
"Yes, May. It's me." You laughed, giving her a hug. She pulled you inside, examining how much you had changed since she last saw you. "You've grown up so much! I've missed you! I can't believe your mother is letting you stay with me for school."
"I thought she was going crazy for a little bit, because you know Mom. Never lets me do anything." You laughed, still holding your suitcase.
"Where are my manners? Here, let me take you to your room." She face palmed, leading you down the hall to a plain white door. She knocked lightly on it. A boy opening it, his eyes drifting to you. "Peter, this is Y/N. Y/N, this is Peter. Since, Peter has bunkbeds in his room, you are going to share the room. Isn't that exciting?" May beamed, looking back at you and Peter.
"Uh, okay?" Peter questioned, very confused. "I guess, make yourself at home."
