(A/N: As you know, this story is based off stereotypes… however, I noticed that for many states, especially in the Southern Region, the stereotype has been the same -.- According to stereotypes, all Southerners are hillbillies who marry their cousins, which I know is not true 1. Because I’ve been to the South and have family and friends in the South, and 2. Because the people from the South I’ve spoken to on wattpad from what I know are decent, smart people. So, I’m going to do something else ^^ I’m going to base their attitude on what people say about their trips to the state, and info about the state! Enjoy ;3 Stereotypes unique to a state will be used! Meaning stereotypes that count for that one state in particular.)

It wasn’t the touching that bothered the Show Me State, but the gestures that were plain idiotic. Missouri had planned on sitting on a dock on a river, maybe fiddling and enjoying the lush green that surrounded him. Of course, he had been instructed to lead his partner around his state, but a certain Frenchman didn’t seem to have any interest in what Missouri had to show him. Three times, Missouri had taken a nap and woken up to find a rose next to his head. Missouri considered himself lucky… France hadn’t gone any farther, though he had multiple opportunities.

Missouri sighed. France didn’t know what he enjoyed, nor would he ever know.  Missouri did admit to himself that  France had taken notice of some things, however. The only issue was that everything France saw were things Missouri would have preferred he not noticed. For example, Missouri’s flag had the French flag’s colors because of their previous relations. Missouri felt a glimmer of red appear on his face with the push of heat. The Louisiana Purchase was so long ago.

Missouri had stretched himself out on the grass, calmly laying there with his eyes closed. Everything was fine that day. He’d managed to stay away from the French and Indian War, he was at peace within himself for the most part. Of course, he never expected a warm hand on his shoulder. Missouri smiled. “France… that was quick, I knew you’d-“

Missouri’s eyes flashed open to the sight of a tan man with dark brown hair. Spain grinned. “Hola, chico~” he greeted cheerfully, pulling Missouri to his feet. Missouri snapped his hand away, eyebrows furrowing. “Who the hell are you?” he demanded with a barely contained anger.

Spain chuckled and scratched his head. “I’m Espana… and you’re my new colony?”

“Your…what?”

“Well… colony is a strong word. You’re my new territory.” Spain corrected. Missouri clenched his fist, causing Spain to shake his head. “Now, mi amigo, don’t do anything rash! France gave you to me. Don’t worry… we’ll be fine, if you cooperate.”

Missouri’s eyes widened. It would be thirty-eight years before Missouri ever saw France again… and even then… only three years later would France once again give him away. This time… to the United States of America.

“Mon amour… Missouri, where are you~?”

Missouri was wrenched from his thoughts by France’s voice.  France leaned over Missouri’s head, grinning. “Did you get my rose?”

Missouri used one hand to shove France back until the much older nation fell onto the floor. “Unfortunately.” He muttered, eyes roaring with hidden emotion.

France frowned, holding his hand to his chest. “Sil vous plait, Missouri… would you ever forgive me? Besides… it was not really just you! This does not make it any better, but… I missed you. That’s why I got you back!”

“You gave me away three years later!”

“I could not afford to defend you all! Louisiana is not bitter!” France said desperately. He was frowning now, blue eyes a deeper shade of blue. Missouri thought the Frenchman sincere for a moment. His heart churned, beating clumsily in his chest. He and France had been on good terns. The fur trade went well.

“Louisiana is not me…” Missouri said bitterly.  “You love him so much…. Go to his state, then. It’s not too far. You can’t walk, but it’s not too far!” Missouri stormed away before he could hear France’s reply.

France stood frozen in one spot, lips barely moving as he spoke. “I will find something you love, Missouri.” He promised. He began to stroll in the opposite direction, humming to himself.

(Warning: Not for those who are offended easily xP)

Texas rested his boots on the dashboard, arms folded behind his head as New Mexico drove the truck along the Mexican-American border. New Mexico leaned into the steering wheel, concentrating on the road. He glanced at Texas. “Texas… don’t…”

“Just drive.”

“Texas!”

“Just. Drive.” Texas said calmly,  pulling his rifle from the back of the truck into his hands. Suddenly, he jumped a bit, jeering forward. “Look! Stop the truck, New Mexico!”

New Mexico pulled the truck to a screeching halt. He raised an eyebrow, eyes wide. “Are you insane!? What is it!?”

Texas tapped each finger individually on his rifle. “Mexico.”

“Mexico?” New Mexico squinted, staring into the dark. He frowned as he saw Mexico’s figure waving in the dark. The older nation seemed extremely happy to see Texas, even winking. Texas’s face flushed. “Run him down.”

New Mexico blinked. “What?”

“Run him down!” Texas said wildly. New Mexico’s hands were pried of the wheel as Texas steered the truck after Mexico. Mexico stood a split second then jumped. “Texas! Stop, man!”

“Not until we run him over!” Texas’s shoulders relaxed and he squinted, slowing the car. “Where’s Mexico?” New Mexico removed his hands from Texas’ neck., which he had been getting ready to strangle. “Ugh…”

“Hola, mi amigo pequeno!” Texas began to freak out as someone kissed his cheek. Mexico stooped in the back of the truck, grinning madly. New Mexico and Texas exchanged a bewildered look. Breathing heavily, both young men looked forward…

And screamed.

“You can’t be serious D.C… we only just began, this is impossible, dude!” America laughed nervously, scratching the back of his head. The figure of the nation’s capital, Washington D.C, sat in the shadows on the president’s desk. America’s lips curved into a frown. “D.C… please… That’s not right.”

“You need to be more aware, America. Allowing our enemies into our home was uncalled for. Do you understand what some nations think of you? You’ve invited so many potential threats… It’s bad enough I had to order Nevada to watch North Korea.”

America’s eyebrows furrowed. “No! D.C, it’s not North Korea that’s out enemy… it’s never a country that is an enemy… it’s the government…”

Washington D.C didn’t move in the dark. America’s hands and neck began to sweat. He saw the capital inhale and exhale deeply, expressing frustration. “I understand what you are saying, America. So, I speak for the government… we’re always watching, America. Just be aware that we know more than we could ever tell you. Dismissed.”

America blinked and was apprehended by two secret service men. They guided him out of the oval office and dismissed him from the White House. America stared defiantly at the ground. “More than they could ever tell me…” he murmured dryly. Reaching into his bag, he held his cell phone to his ear. “New York, New Jersey… California, Michigan… Illinois… when you get this message, call me back… I need a few favors.”

(A/N: Hehehe… That’s all for now~ I have many things to say!
