pete/mikey have a weird platonic but not-so-platonic relationship, it's basically like they're dating but they don't wanna slap a label on it yet. it's been going for a year.

gerard/frank have a weird relationship, i.e. they dated for a long time but frank did something (you'll figure it out) that gerard didn't like, so gerard broke it off really suddenly. gerard is seemingly numb to it but doesn't like hearing about it, especially from frank. frank still has feelings for gerard but it's bittersweet. he wants gerard to hear about their relationship so gee can feel the same pain frank did when it broke off.
