"Why are they still here?"
Caroline, Bonnie, and I laid out in the yard with our bathing suits on.
"Care, it's going to keep eating at you until you talk to him." Bonnie adjusts herself on her lounge chair.
"I can't."
"Why not?"
"Because the minute she's alone with him they'll be ripping each other's clothes off... again." I snickered as she glares daggers at me.

"That's not true!"
"Care, you've been complaining about Klaus's presence since the originals came back a month ago."
"So?"
"So, you still have feelings for him. He's your future husband."
"Elena!" Caroline yells as she slightly hits me in the arm.
"Wait, what did I miss?" Bonnie says confused.
"Lex told us that Caroline and Klaus's, in her time, are married."
Bonnie mouth falls, "Shut up, no way?!?"

I nod.
"I wonder who I'll be with in the future?"
"Well, she kind of already spilled the beans on that one too."
I looked at Care confused, but I quickly remembered.
"Oh..."
"What? Enlighten me."
"Remember when you first met Lex and she called Enzo "Uncle Enzo"?"
Bonnie started to say something, but stopped.
We all sipped on our drinks, avoiding the subject.
I had another appointment scheduled this afternoon, but I wasn't ready for it.
"Why aren't you dressed yet?" Damon looks me over as he lays down on the bed beside me.
"Because I'm not going."
