Chase was packing his things, his parents said it would be okay if he spent time in Melbourne with his grandparents due to his past issue.

Spring break was a great opportunity to make the trip.

Even though they had just had a small argument, Mikayla was there to say goodbye.

Once they were all at the airport, it was time for goodbyes.

Aiden was first.

"Take care, yeah?" Aiden pressed both his hands on his shoulders and his dark brown eyes met Chase's light ones.

Chase nodded, a small weak smile on his lips. Aiden wasn't hesitant to pull him into a hug.

Once he was done, it was Hayden.

She didn't feel shame at letting tears fall. It was just gonna be a month (they felt a week wasn't enough) apart but she didn't like the feeling of her older brother not being there.

"It's just 4 weeks babe." Chase was taller than her so she looked like a koala hugging a tree when she was in his arms.

"I k-know." She barely said.

He kissed the top of her head and finally pulled away from her.

Calum and Ally hugged him at the same time, making it really emotional and changing his mind about going.

"It's okay." He murmured.

Calum nodded and Ally wiped the tears that were under her eyes.

Finally, Mikayla walked towards him.

He looked at her and she looked at him and he immediately put his hands on her cheeks and brought their lips together.

There was no question. There was no one else but them.

After their moment, she didn't want to let go, she didn't want to leave his arms.

"Flight 208 boarding." The intercom announced and Chase had to pull them apart against his will.

"Promise me you'll call." She looked hopefully into his eyes. He just nodded and sniffled.

Once again, Ally hugged him and he was off.

His first stop was with grandma Joy.

"You're so grown! Look at him David!" Joy squealed happily and hugged him. She looked adorable and small compared to Chase.

"Dear Chasen, stop growing." David laughed and hugged him as well.

Chase chuckled and nodded.

"Can't promise you that."

He was staying two weeks at their house and the rest two weeks was split between grandma Liz and grandpa Andrew.

"Hi!" A little girl with dark hair and a beautiful smile looked up at him. It was his cousin Faith, JC and Mali's youngest daughter out of 4.

He picked her up up and smiled at her.

"Hi." At that moment, José, the oldest boy walked in and waved at Chase.

He was 3 or 4 years older than him.

The two weeks were fast and calm. They spent a lot of time together and had fun.

José and Chase got to know each other better than just knowing each other's name.

And now, it was time to go to Liz's house.

Chase knew Hayden was Liz's favorite, especially now that everyone knew about his incident.

But he tried to act like he didn't know that.

Liz had her share with Chase and was know driving him to Andrew's lonely house.

Chase was getting tired of being moved around but kept quiet.

At first it was really awkward. They just stared at each other. Andrew showed him the guest bedroom and he spent most of his time there.

Chase🌟: help.

She answered instantly.

Mickey🥀: are you okay??

Chase🌟: last week here and it's really awkward and uncomfortable...

Mickey🥀: I actually thought you were hurt or something -.-

Chase🌟: I am hurt.

Chase🌟: I'm in pain.

Mickey🥀: I know but I meant physically... :(

Chase🌟: I'm physically okay but emotionally hurt.

Chase🌟: anyways, what should I do?

Mickey🥀: stop making it awkward ?

Chase🌟: here he comes...

Chase heard footsteps approach the door and he shoved his phone in his face trying to appear busy typing.

There was a cough and a knock.

"Come in." His voice cracked and he cringed and cleared his throat, trying to fix his voice.

The man who was supposedly his grandfather, walked in and sat at the edge of the bed, causing it to sink.

"I'm sorry."

"For what?" Chase asked as he put his phone on the bedside drawers.

"Having to come here." He smiled weakly and then looked at his fidgeting fingers. His hands were shaking and his face was pale. He looked like he was dying.
