10 am. 10 am and Chase was almost walking out the door when he got stopped.

"Where do you think you're going?" Ally asked.

"It's Mickey's birthday..." The boy said slowly.

Ally came into view, her blonde hair in a messy bun, no makeup on -Chase has always thought she looked beautiful without it- and her lilac robe.

"Okay? So?" She asked, not in a rude way, but 'nicely'.

"I want to take her somewhere. Far from here. Not that far but far." He shrugged.

"Young man," she said strictly and Chase was scared for his life.

"I think that's very sweet of you. Just don't let anything and happen to her, I don't want Mikey and Bri pounding on our door tonight." She giggled and kissed his forehead.

"I guess I'll be back later." He shrugged and she nodded

"Wait mum," Chase said before Ally got any farther up the stairs.

She looked back.

"What should I get her? I need an idea."

"I think whatever you have planned will be perfect."

Mikayla was blow drying her hair when her phone buzzed.

Chase🙊: I threw my sweaty sock at your window, where are you?

Mikayla♥️: Anna and Blake are sleeping in there 🙄

Mikayla opened the bathroom door and then got close to her door, trying to hear if there was any sign of her.

There were footsteps heard inside the room and Mikayla quickly rushed into the bathroom.

"Mikayla! Where's the birthday girl!" There was the high pitch voice she definitely didn't want to hear today.

She sighed quietly and stayed in the bathroom. She couldn't hide in there anyways.

She finished her hair and then knocked on her bedroom door.

"There you are! Happy birthday!" Anna gave her a hug in which Mikayla didn't really respond to.

"Thanks." She said with not much emotion.

"Mhm!" Anna nodded and closed the door. Mikayla knocked again. "Uh, I need to get dressed if you don't mind."

"Going somewhere?" Anna crossed her arms on her -flat- chest.

"No, not really." Mikayla shrugged and looked through her closet.

"Oh, okay. I guess I'll tell Chase to go somewhere." Anna smiled falsely at the older girl and went to the window.

"Chase is giving me a ride to meet up with my friends." Mikayla said quickly.

"I could give you one, I don't mind."

"I meant, Chase is giving me ride to hang out with my friends which he is involved in."

"Can I join?"

"It's... um..." Mikayla stuttered.

"No." She finally spit out.

"That's all you had to say." Anna laughed through the pain of rejection.

Mikayla was surprised but didn't question it.

"Chase! Are you okay?!" Mikayla asked worriedly as her best friend was coughing violently and was trying to speak but he couldn't.

"Your inhaler!" Mikayla reached into his pocket and got it out, but it seemed that it wasn't working.

Mikayla hurried him into the car, and lucky them, the hospital was close.

"Breathe, it's gonna be okay." Mikayla was trying to stay calm, but she couldn't. Chase could die any second now.

Chase was now breathing perfectly.

"I'm sorry for ruining your birthday..." Chase said weakly as he was holding Mikayla's hand tightly.

"You didn't ruin it, I had loads of fun. And spending it with you was the best thing ever." She whispered, Ally and Calum were on their way.

"Yeah but I just feel-"

Mikayla cut him off by giving him a simple, short, sweet kiss.

They were both surprised at her actions but didn't hesitate to keep it going.

"Oh Chase!" Calum and Ally were there now, looking worried as hell.

"I'm fine mum, really." Chase sighed.

"Are you two okay? Are you hurt?" Ally raised Chase and Mikayla's arms looking for anything really.

"We're fine." Mikayla giggled.

Ally sighed and relief and took the two teens home.

Tbh, I was gonna make both of them die.

But then I realized,

I already did a car crash scene.

So I just lowered it down completely.
