Rushed // Chapter 23

I walk into Nordans room. It looks like he is packing clothes up very quickly.

"Nordo boi?" He turns around as I question him.
"Oh hey Danni" I could tell he was out of breath
"What are you doing so quickly?" I ask, he is sitting on his bed slightly panting
"Oh we were told that we had to move out of this house asap, we have to be out by next week. I didn't tell anyone besides you yet because I dont know if it is for sure until tomorrow but I wanna get a head start just in case" Nordan continues packing up his stuff
"Oh, well you let us all know tomorrow so that we can get ready...shouldn't you tell the guys that we are moving?" I ask, him shuffling his clothes around
"Well yeah but I didn't know if we are for sure moving out right now, I don't want them to
panic" He is still quickly packing up his stuff
"Well, I guess it makes sense" I shrug then walk out

It was only Nordan and I home so I didn't know what to do. All of a sudden my phone buzzed in my pocket of the shorts I was wearing. I fished my phone out of my pocket and saw what was on the screen.

Hey Danni, we haven't talked in a while, I was wondering what's was up :)

It was under the name 'Loser 🖕🏻' so I assumed it could have only been one guy....my ex...

Why was he texting me? Did he see my Facebook and think I was hot or something?? All these thoughts racing through my mind. I didn't know what to think.

Hello?

I saw another text pop up. I didn't know what to think about it...would Lucas find out if I text him back? Would he even care? I decided the right thing to do was to text him...

Go away, I found someone better

I replied...I didn't know if it was the right thing to say but I knew it was the best thing for me to say to stay out of that convo going any further.

*buzz buzz*

My phone buzzes...I knew it was him texting back but I didn't wanna know what he was gonna reply to what I said. I checked it.

Hey no reason to be crabby, I was just seeing what you were up to :(

I sighed. I knew he was trying to pull me in just so he could try sliding into my dms or something. I just ignored the texts. I didn't want this to go any further, this time I meant it

I go on with my day. I don't check my phone for awhile, not wanting to see whatever that
creeper texts me next. I didn't want Lucas mad at me because I was texting a different guy...

My phone buzzed again...and again...and again....and again...I looked at my lit up screen;

Danni Boo?
Danni cmon it's me!! You used to love me what happened :,(
I'm not gonna give up
Please text back in worried

He just wouldn't leave me alone!! I ignored him, who cares about him. He cheated on me an didn't tell me for 3 months after 1.5 years of dating...even though I was 17 at the time. He was now 21 so that was 2 years ago...he was 19 and I was 17, he said he loved me everyday but it was a lie, all a lie....

"Danni?" Nordan walks into Lucases room cluelessly
"Mhm" I'm obviously upset about something
"What's wrong?" He walks up to Lucases bed and sits down on it.
"N-nothing" I stutter
"That's definitely a lie, what's up?" He asks again
"My ex is texting me and won't leave me alone" I shove my face into my pillow so my speech was muffled
"Ooo I've been there before that sucks" He says patting my back
"Yeah it sucks.." I reply
"Wanna go get some icecream to get your mind off of it?" He stands up
"Sure haha" my face lights up

~time skip~

*ring ring*

"Oh I think Lucas is calling me" my face filled with icecream
"Well answer haha" Nordan says handing me the phone

I pick up the phone and answer

"Hey babe" I say instantly
"Hey boo! Where are you?" Lucas asks
"Out for icecream with Nordo"
"Oh, well me and the guys just got home...be back soon pleaseeee!" He begs
"Ok fine fine haha" I reply
"Kk, ttyl"
"I love you!"
"I love you too!!"

I hang up the phone

"Well that was cheesy" Nordan says picking on me
"Shut up don't be jealous" I slap his hand
"Don't flatter yourself" he shoves the last bit of icecream into his mouth
"Shut up" I say sarcastically throwing the rest of my icecream away

We walk back to the car and drive back to the house.

"Danni I missed you!" Lucas says the moment I enter the room
"I missed you too!" I run up and hug him
"Cheese" Norman says under his breathe

Omg sorry I haven't put a chapter out in forever (i know I always say this, I'm bad I know lol)
