Maya POV

Today is May 25th and and up until now this has always been a very difficult day for me to get through. May 25th was the day that Gabriel was conceived and while that will always be a happy moment it is also the day that Lucas left to be with his new family. Now I have him back with me and our son so it's not as hard. Lucas told me he had something planned for tonight and got Mom to keep Gabe for us,. I don't know what he has up his sleeve but he told me wear a cute dress. I had Riley come over and do my hair into braids on each side wrapped around my head (A/N: Think of her Girl Meets Ski Lodge look) and the dress I chose was a cute green floral one that accented my belly beautifully. I'm 27 weeks along now so I'm really starting to show. We decided to do this when Lucas took Gabe to Mom's. It worked out that Riley was gone before Lucas got here. I was actually finishing up my make up when Lucas got home.

"Maya?" he hollered as he made his way down the hall to our room.

"In our bathroom finishing up my make up." I hollered back to him.

A few seconds later I heard Lucas at the bathroom door. I looked up and turned around to lok at him. His jaw dropped when he saw me and that always made me feel so good to know he loved how I looked.

"You look stunning Maya." he said as he walked up to me and placed his hand on my baby bump.

"Thank you. I love this dress and Riley did a great job on my hair." I smiled at him.

He leaned in and kissed me softly before pulling away. "You're beautiful. Are you ready to go?"

"I'm ready when you are." I replied.

Lucas grabbed my hand and together we walked out to his car. I wasn't sure where he was taking me because he refused to tell me where he was going. It wasn't until we made a turn to go onto another street that I recognized the familiar surroundings. He was taking me to the Orphanage where we first met but why?

"Lucas what we doing here?" I asked him as he pulled into a parking spot on the street near the home.

Lucas turned to look me and smiled "You'll see."

I didn't ask anymore and walked with him as he led us inside. Mrs Norbeck bless her soul still worked here. She walked up to me and hugged me tighlty. She was so happy to see us. Lucas led us up stairs and on the way there we ran into a little girl who couldn't have been older than 8 years old. She took one look at me smiled excitedly then ran towards me.

"Maya?" she said as she ran up to me.

The little girl wrapped her arms around me and I hugged her back because I didn't know what else to do. She pulled away and looked up at me with a grin on her face. She was adorable and looked so familiar to me. A few seconds later it hit me and I remembered who she was.

"Marah?" I said to her as I looked down at her.

"Yes, that's me. Do you remember me?" she asked me as she pulled away.

I looked down at her as I moved her dark hair out of her face "Of course I do. I'm surprised you remember me since you were only 3 when I left here."

"I missed you Maya." she said to me.

"I've missed you too, honey." I replied. It broke my heart that she was still here.

"What are you doing here Maya?" she asked me.

I looked over at Lucas. "I'm not really sure. Lucas won't tell me."
