We all turned around only to be greeted by a frightening sight. Two hand ships. Both were full of homeworld soldiers.
Steven quickly contacted Pearl and the gems on his cookie cat walkie talkie.
"Steven, Connie get out of here! Go!" I shouted at them. I'm not letting them get stuck in a gem war.
"No we're not leaving you! This is our fight also!" Steven shouted. Followed by Connie yelling 'yeah!'
"Fine but stay behind me! Don't engage unless I say so." They nodded. I ran and started fighting the soldiers.
After defeating two or three, I knew this wasn't going to end well. But I'm not going down without a fight. Even if it means I might be shattered.
