Author's Note:
Hello guys! Since school year has ended, I would like to share all my poems that I've wrote regarding in our subject, Creative Writing.
First of all, I would like to thank our professor, Mr. David Torres for guiding us where we are now. And because of him, I had a great improvement in writing stories and poems as well.

You may now read my free-verse poem entitled, "To My Dearest Friend". I dedicate this poem to Sherilyn, my former best friend for six years.

To my dearest friend,
My best friend for a long time.
We grew up together,
From our first ABC's,
To our first heartaches.
Sharing secrets and laughs,
Aim for so-called, "bff goals"
Travel around the world,
From east to west,
North to south,
Wherever we will go.
Adventures full of crossroads,
Obstacles, and challenges in our life.
Tests the strong foundation of friendship.
Together, we will achieve one of our
highest dreams.
One day, we'll see each other
Wearing the most beautiful and,
Fabulous to wear, the best #OOTD.
The last step in our life as a student,
The graduation day. . .
As we found our right path in real world,
Both of us have our own life.
A perfect and successful job and,
new camaraderie.
The time passed by,
We don't have much time for each other.
As we are busy in our own lives,
Thinking for the future.
But our paths crosses, face to face
Exchanging smiles and glances,
Slowly running to each other and said,
"Hi bff! I missed you!"
Embracing one another, a longing one
"You're still the same!"
How blessed I am for having a friend like you.
All throughout the years, still,
You are the same person I've known.
You're still the one and it will never change.
The one and only,
My sister. . .
Partner in crime. . .
Enemy. . .
My someone to lean on. . .
My best friend. . .
My everything. . .
Forever. . . .
