Chapter 26: Old friends

Fiona's pov: It was the big day I charged everything like Joji told me to and went to bed before the flight. Joji turned on the bright lights and I looked at him sleepily but he didn't care and threw my outfit at my face, I got dressed and Joji handed me a rice ball that he made last night and we fled out the door to the airport.  We got to the airport and went through the normal routine of flying, I was on the plane and a little bored but I didn't want to annoy Joji about it because then he would just tell me to do my school work or write Japanese sentences for me to translate so I got out my laptop and tried playing Tetris for the tenth time.

Joji's pov:  Fiona fell asleep on my lap again but the flight was going to be over in 1 hour so I was hoping she would wake up soon. I checked the time and it was 20 minutes till we got there so I texted max and woke up Fiona so she could pack up,  We got off the plane and got our baggage and started to walk over to the exit. I saw max holding his phone and it read in big words Retards and Fiona wanted to run over to him but I instantly grabbed onto her backpack holding her back.

Fiona's pov: "Dad let go I wanna see max please!" I begged as Joji held me back from running towards max but Joji shook his head saying that I could get lost and I sighed. We finally got to max and he picked me up squeezing me into a tight hug and gave me a piggyback ride to his car. "Well someone seems happier than the last time I saw them!" Max said with a smile and I smiled back saying "You seem happier to max!". We arrived at Max's home and I was greeted by Ian and Chad who hugged me very tightly just like max. "So you're first Halloween is almost here huh?" Ian asked and I nodded excited to show off my costume. Everyone seemed really excited about our arrival but I was still tired and I think Joji started to notice, "Guys I think Fiona's still tired so we'll see you tomorrow." He said using me as an excuse "As come on boy she can sleep on the couch while we take some shots!" Max said winking at Joji and Joji rolled his eyes but still agreed to stay.

Joji's pov: After a couple hours  I walk into the living room to see Fiona waking up and looking around. While I ordered uber
Fiona went outside with the guys and I could hear max drunkenly say "Fiona before you go here's 20  dollars buy some candy or some shit." I sigh and let Fiona take it so I can make fun of max later.  We go to our hotel and I unpack some pajamas while Fiona goes to sleep in her dinosaur kigurumi that she packed.
