T W E L V E

Alex found Michael wrapped in Calum's arms on the couch.But he was sleeping.

Michael was sleeping.Sleeping.

Alex actually smiled.

Although yes he was still incredibly furious with the 5SOS boys and didn't even want to let them look at Michael,with Michael talking to Calum he could already see an improvement in the boy.

Another thing he was furious about is that the first night that Michael seemed to have slept soundly through the night he had to get up at ungodly hours.He pushed back Michaels wake up time as much as he could,leaving the boy only 15 minutes to get ready.It still broke his heart that he had to wake him up at 5.30am.

"Calum"He whispered shake the man with his best ability not to wake Michael up.

"Mhmm?"Calum grumbled still half asleep.

"You have 15 minutes to get ready"

Calum's eyes snapped open.Eyes Immediately going to the boy on his chest.

"You've got be fucking kidding me"Calum spat angry at their management.

The boy stirred much to both their discomforts.

"Calum?"he mumbled hands curling into Calum's chest.Michael thought it was a dream.

Alex walked over and knelt down beside the two.

"Hey mikey,we gotta wake up now,we gotta go to those interviews"Alex whispered watching as Michael fought to stay awake."but you can sleep in the car again if you want"

Michael nodded,his eyes opening only to get droopy again.

Alex gently picked him off Calum,causing both boys to panic.

"Don't worry your asses off,you'll be back to sleeping when you get ready"Alex chuckled walking out with Michael in his arms.

He set Michael on the floor.

"Go brush your teeth,I'll pick out a shirt for you"Michael sleepily walked over to the bathroom only to walk into the door,falling down.

He curled up again falling asleep against the wall.Then again,he had is fair share of experience of being bed-less.

Alex looked over chuckling.

"Mikey,seriously you gotta brush your teeth"Michael only whimpered

Alex eventually got Calum and Michael into their car,only to have the boys fall asleep again.

He gave the driver the directions WATCHING a Michael drooled a little onto Calum's chest.

Atleast he was sleeping

Calum was screwed.

How could Calum forget?He was in a relationship with Nia.Not Michael.What was he supposed to do?Keep lying to the boy he loved or lie to the girl he liked And has been with for more than a few months.

All the worry of the past few months and finally having Michael back make him totally forget about the girl

Of course he love Michael.He will always love Michael.But at the time,Nia helped take some of the pain away.Was he using her?

When he confronted Alex about,he firstly received a bloody nose,but then the older man agreed to hear him out.

He told Calum to follow his heart not his head(or his dick) but what he truely thought was right.But he also said that if he didn't choose Michael,he'd have to keep the boy away from him.For his own health.Calum understood.

But as he watched the boy sitting in the corner quietly strumming the guitar and singing along.He couldn't help but feel a pang in his heart.

He loves him.

It wasn't the love that you felt for your best friend.It was the love that left a memory that no one could steal,and heartache that no one could heal.It was the love that he wanted to last forever.He wanted to marry Michel.
Calum didn't really know true love until he looked at Michael and smiled for no reason.
Maybe this was his second chance.To finally make Michael his.

He just needed to make Michael....
Michael again.

Alex sat Michael down on the couch at the interview,hesitantly letting Calum sit beside him.

He knelt down infront of Michael as the boy anxiously looked at him.

"If you need to,you have all permission to get up and leave,Mikey,it's okay"Alex told him gently.

Michael nodded,not yet relaxed with tense shoulders.Alex smiled ,patting Michaels knee before being escorted to the side of the stage as the interviewer came on,dressed in a tight red dress making sure to flaunt her breasts

She did the usual introduction,asking the usually questions,girlfriend,album plans,making sure to flirt with every boy.

Sometime during the interview Calum's arm and unconsciously wrapped around Michaels waist,calming the boy down slightly.

"So,Michael"She began,making calum squeeze his side reassuringly"We all obviously know about your comeback,but let's all ask the question we've all been wondering,how much did you have to pay The band to join again?"Some of the t.v crew gasped,and all of the boy's eyebrows furrowed.Alex along with security got ready to step on stage if needed.

"Well actually we had to beg him to come back"Calum snapped,pulling Michael closer into him.The interviewer let out a 'hmm' before flipping over her card.

She put a hand onto Michaels thigh beginning to stroke it making him tense up.

"So we all heard about your rape case"she spoke grinning "now tell us did you provoke him in anyway?Was it even rape?"

At this point everybody in the studio began screaming,security immediately escorting Michael and the boys off stage.

Michael had gone into a shock-like trance,face blank,eyes not moving.maybe it was his fault.

"Michael?michael!"IT didn't even register to him that Alex was shouting at him trying to get his attention

"We need to get him back to the hotel without fans or papparzi seeing him.It couldn't trigger a seizure"Alex told the security guards.

"A seizure?Ashton asked surprised.

"He's had one before after an attempt"Alex stated coldly wrapping an arm around Michaels waist putting Michaels arm around him.

"Come on Mikey,you gotta help"Alex whispered trying to keep the boy responsive but the boy couldn't help but shut his eyes,to escape life for those moments.

I honestly couldn't tell you what happened in this chapter although I hope you guys enjoyed.
I promise the flow will slow down from now and focus more on Malum and Michael getting better (Maybe¿)
