This may not seem like a headcanon but recently, I want to prove a point.
Why Oliver wood is one of the best side-characters:
-Firstly, as Percy's best and only friend, he put up with more of Percy's rants, stressing, and annoying habits that the Weasley family combined.
-He was and is a true keeper, both in Quidditch and in general.
-A passionate motivational speaker
-True Gryffindor, not afraid to argue with anyone about Quidditch. The most memorable being when he refused to believe Quidditch was over for the year.
-He never gave Harry any special privileges, treating him the same as everyone else.
-Even after the battle, he still treated him like a normal person, not like a war hero who is 'above all others.'
