After the battle of Hogwarts, Harry sets up a room in Hogwarts with nothing but a desk and chair.  He sits in the chair behind the desk and calls people into the room, one at a time.  Harry insists that the Weasleys be first to enter.  And so a puffy eyed George walks in smiling despite his pain.  He asks Harry what the big secret is and to which, Harry plops an ordinary looking pebble into George's hand.

George was confused until he hears his name being whispered from behind him, George turns and of course, there's Fred.  The twins were able to say a proper goodbye afterall.
