"Thank you..Marshall right?" You asked taking a bite of toast.
"Yeah..your welcome." He said giving you a tiny smile that disappeared just as quick as it came.
"How about you join us?" Sofia said hoping that maybe you spending time with him would help you remember who he was and what you two relationship was because rather you knew it or not..you two had a whole lot of history.
"Actually I've got to go visit Proof's grave..today's his birthday and I thought I would visit him and give him some flowers or something." he said.
"Oh that's right..Wow..can't believe it's been so long since proof.." Sofia paused suddenly feeling sad about her friend that she had known to come up to her door every day and offer her his rap tape filled with raps that he had come up with.
Sofia never had listened to his music but she did follow him every where he went like one of those little lost puppies because she had nothing better to do..and it always seemed like Proof would always get them into some adventures which eventually caused her to meet you and Marshall.
The 3 of you went way back..and she couldn't believe she had almost forgotten one of her best friends birthdays..but so much had happen..with you being in that accident..
"Proof?" You questioned wondering why that named sounded familiar and why the two of them looked like they had taken a trip to Nostalgia land.
"Proof was a really good friend of ours.." Sofia reminded you sad that you didn't remember.
"He was my best friend." Marshall said his tone unreadable.
You could tell that this Proof guy meant a lot to him as his whole entire aura seemed to shift into something that displayed close to depression..
"I'm sorry you lost him.." You said.
"I'm sorry I lost you too." He said confusion instantly hitting you..
"Hey where's Nathan?" Sofia asked blushing a little at the question she had asked to try to change the topic to something more cheerful.
"He's fine..he told me to you hi." Marshall smirked knowing good and well something was going on between those two.
She instantly blushed trying to act as if that didn't mean anything to her.
"Hey can i come with you?" You asked interrupting their conversation much to their surprise.
"To see Proof?" Marshall asked sounding a bit awe strucken.
"Yeah..he sounds familiar and I thought maybe If i went there i'd remember who he was." She reasoned eating some bacon while she talked.
"Yeah of course." He said sounding really happy.
"Alright well i'm done let's go!" You said getting up already being dressed and ready to visit this Proof person who seemed to had meant a lot to a lot of people.
