A warm hand settled on his waist, and in turn he placed his hand on his partners shoulder. Their fingers intertwined as their free hands came together, and a smile pulled at Eridan's lips. Sollux grinned back, and they began to move.
Neither of them knew how to dance, and within the first minute, Eridan had stomped on Sollux's foot twice and Sollux had dropped Eridan trying to dip him. But they didn't care.
In the end, they just collapsed in a giggling heap on the ground, tangled up in each others arms.
"Wwhy are wwe doing this again?" Eridan asked with a smile.
"Tuna'th wedding ith coming up, and Tula thaid the'll kick our atheth if we can't danthe."
Eridan laughed. "So wwhy aren't wwe getting LESSONS, jackass?" Sollux's grin grew wider.
"YouTube tutorialth are way better. And free." Eridan laughed again and Sollux patted himself on the back for being the cause of that gorgeous sound.
"Cheap dickhead."
"You love my dick." He grinned and Eridan hummed in response, pulling his boyfriend in for a chaste kiss. He smiled at Sollux when they parted.
"I lovve you." Sollux smiled back.
"I love you too."
