the very talented singer of EXO has undoubtedly had some work done, especially for the company he's in.

as shown above, you can see that Baekhyun's look is pretty unnatural. his nose used to be more round and blunt at the tip, and is now straight and pointed at the tip. his eyelid creases are deeper and more visible, and his chin is now impossibly v-shaped.
despite anything, Baekhyun is a really good singer and his high notes are amazing, so please don't bash him for his choices. :)
