what she may have gotten: -nose job -double eyelid -facial reshaping
it's pretty rare to see a female idol around her age who hasn't done something to it, so of course she'd try some surgery too.

on the left you can clearly see that her nostrils were wider and the tip of her nose slouched downwards. however on the right side her nostrils appear smaller and the tip of her nose is more upward.

her eyes seemed to have gotten bigger and have deeper creases than before and her v shaped face is pretty questionable when compared with old pics and the fact that her chin is basically gone.
otherwise, Taeyeon is a phenomenal singer so don't hate on her for making these personal decisions and please support her in her future endeavours :)
