it's not really surprising to me that Lu could've gotten plastic surgery since most of EXO's surgery is pretty obvious.

on the right you can see Lu's nostrils and his upward nose tip. on the left you can see his nostrils are visibly smaller, which is the desired effect of a nose job.
as for his eyes, on the right side you can see his eyes are smaller while on the left the shape is rounder with deeper creases.
last I would like to mention is his face shape. yes, I know losing weight can change how your face looks but not the structure and shape of your chin and jawline. on the right you can see that Lu's chin is more square as is his jaw. but on the left you can see that his face is visibly smaller and that his jaw shape is basically erased for the very sought-after v shaped chin countries such as South Korea.
anyway Luhan is still a great performer, please don't feel phased after reading this bc it's what's inside that counts.
