Kwon Jiyong aka G-Dragon a worldwide recognized Kpop star is more than likely to have had some sort of surgical procedure done to themselves, and evidence shows some truth in this statement.

as you can tell his nose tip and jawline look really unnatural now, but I guess makes his features look sharper? his eyelid creases also seem deeper.
some people say that he got a chin implant since it looks really oddly shaped, but shaved it down to look less long and more natural. He's also apparently had not one, but two nose jobs since at first it was just smaller while now it just looks really unnatural.
(p.s. little jiyong was so squishy and cute lmao)
