what she may have gotten: -double eyelid -facial reshaping (v-shaped face) -nose job
Hyuna has been in the music industry for years and years now, so it's not surprising she would've surgically changed some of her features.

as you can see, Hyuna's nose has shrunk by a lot looking from left to right, making her nose job pretty obvious.

Hyuna's eye surgery is also blatantly obvious since before they were small and more close-lidded but now looks wider and rounder.
people also debate whether she got surgery on her jaw since before it was more squarish on the side, but after became v-shaped. (it could be weight loss too though)
but remember that Hyuna is still a great performer and is still going strong despite having been apart of two girl groups, and is making it on her own now, which I find very inspirational and strong of her. :)
