Message For Gaza

Sleep tight my beloved, stay firm on this track.
Gaze at the stars, never look back.
Let the rays of the moon caress your faces.
Forget for tonight this fighting for places.

Sing together so soft and so calm,
Trust in Allah, have faith in Islam.
Block out the fire, the burning of flesh,
Think of flowers and water so fresh.

Ignore just tonight, the fall of your home.
Never mind for now, that you are alone.
Delete all the pain you felt and are feeling,
Just keep heads up high, keep on believing.

Sleep tight my beloved, stay firm with your hope.
Gaze at the stars, although you can't cope.
Let Islam be your armor and courage your sword.
Smile through your pain, for you will soon meet your Lord.
