lauren's pov
"you ready?" nick asked me, grabbing my luggage. "yes" i respond.
he rolls his and my luggages to my mom's car and we place them into the trunk.
nick and i get into the backseat.
"pick zach up mom" nick reminds her.
she nods in the rear view mirror and she begins to drive.
soon, we pull up to zach's house to see him on his porch with his luggage in his hand.
mom honks the horn as he looks up from his phone.
he tucks his phone into his back pocket and his mom gives him a hug and a kiss on the forehead goodbye.
he walks over and places his luggage in the trunk before getting in the backseat with nick and i.
"you all ready?" mom asks us. "yes" we all reply in unison.

"i cant believe my two babies are leaving me for a weekend!!" my mom said, starting to cry.
"mom don't cry! it's only saturday and sunday!! two days!" i explain.
she sniffs and give nick and i one last hug before turning to zach.
"you better take care of them zach.. alright?" mom said.
zach nodded and mom ruffled his hair.
"flight 206 to san francisco" the speaker announced. "that's us!" nick said.
we began walking to the gate and we boarded the plane.
