Micky felt like shit. He accused Mike of having an affair when he'd been forced into it. Micky hadn't known it at the time, but his words haunted him. And he knew he couldn't take them back.

"I'm so sorry Mike, I—" but Micky's words caught in his throat. He looked up to see an expression of pure hatred on Mike's face.

"Don't fucking act like you know what it was like," Mike sneered. His usual pretty brown eyes were dark, the color of coal. "You know nothing. Nothing."
