Caroline's POV
Shadow woke up. The thing was he is fast. He easily knocked me off my feet. He sank his teeth in my scruff. " I thought I killed you once and for all!" Shadow growled, tearing into my flesh.
" Well I guess I have nine lives like Firestar!" I hissed back at him, and flipped him to where his belly was showing.
He only laughed. " You don't have nine lives. You are just lucky to survive is all," he growled back. Suddenly his feet were knocked back from him. It was Janja and Kion. They were finally fighting together and not against each other.
Kion sank his teeth into the leg of Shadow while Janja back kicked Shadow in the gut. Shadow flew back into the wall and I heard the wall of the cave crack. Shadow hit the wall, then his body went limp to the floor. Shadow got up but started to limp.
All three of us got into a fighting position. So did Shadow. " We are going to make sure that no one gets hurt again due to some evil hell hound thingie." Janja said, his tail lashing really hard to where it hit me and Kion.
