THEORY NINETEEN ;;

This is going to be a little bit shorter than my usual theories, but I just wanted to point out some stuff I found about certain pieces of clothing that I noticed the boys wearing in their teaser photos for The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever.
I'll be looking at the things around their necks, since some of them have ribbons, and other have these big pom pom looking things.

To me, I thought these pom poms looked  a lot like the flower, carnation.

As you can see, there is quite the resemblance.

So Taehyung and Jimin are both wearing red carnations. A red carnation expresses admiration or could signify my "heart-aches for you".

Hoseok is wearing a pink carnation as well as Jin. A pink carnation means gratitude or "I'll never forget you."

And Yoongi is wearing a black carnation  Black carnations are quite rare and avoided mostly because they symbolize mourning and, therefore, death. Also, there are a few stories in the folklore in which giving a black carnation to someone means that you want the death of that person.

WIth Jungkook and Namjoon, they're wearing blue ribbons around their necks. Blue is a calming, soothing color which radiates peace and tranquility. But just because blue is peaceful, does not mean it is a weak color, it is persistent and everlasting, like waves upon the shore.
And the best part about this whole post. carnations have an interesting history with Korea.

In Korea, the carnation takes on very serious symbolism. There, a young girl may put three carnations in her hair to tell her fortune. If the top flower dies first, the girl knows that her last years of life will be difficult. If the middle flower dies first, her youth will be difficult. But, if the bottom flower should die first, the girl is told that her whole life will be miserable.
