"Daichi...please..eat something" Suga begged.

Daichi was sitting on the chair next to his bed. He was holding his pale hand, not moving at all.

"How can I go? Suga....your health is in critical condition." Daichi looked at his beautiful boyfriend. He looked perfectly fine, maybe a bit pale, but other than that he looked like he always did. Perfect.

"Daichi, I won't die. I can't die. Stop over exaggerating" Suga tried to calm Daichi down, but he knew it was pointless. He knew Daichi won't go away.

"Just go and grab some food, okay?" Suga squeezed his hand. Daichi looked up, looking at Suga's face. He was smiling like he always did. Has  Daichi ever seen him frowning? Has he ever seen him in pain? Not really. Suga always hid everything. And now look at him, on the hospital bed all pale and worn out.

"Okay.. I will be back quick" Daichi said and stood up, he glanced at Suga before leaving the hospital room. Just as he walked out his phone started ringing.

"Hello?"

..

"Oh, hey Kuroo, what's up?"

..

"Sure, what is it?"

..

"Oh.. Ofcourse. I'll give as much as I can.. I'm kinda in trouble now too"

..

"Okay, bye"

Daichi sighed loudly. Looks like he is not the only one who is in trouble. While walking to the cafeteria he reached a room that he just had to go in.

He knocked quietly before stepping in.

"Oh, hey!" Bokuto greeted Daichi.

Daichi knew that Bokuto was in this room, since Akaashi was here too.

"Hey.." Daichi greeted them.

"Yo...what happened?" Bokuto asked, concerned. He knew Daichi so well that he could tell thats something is wrong from the way he said "hi".

"Suga is here too" Daichi said and sat down beside Bokuto.

"Suga?!" Akaashi panicked a bit.

"Yeah.. He is ill. Hopefully, he'll be okay" Daichi explained.

After chatting a bit, he left. He went to the cafeteria and bought some food for him and Suga.

All he hoped for now was for Suga to recover successfully. He should have told Daichi about this earlier. He should have told him that the doctor's treatment wasn't good enough to help him.

Honestly, Daichi just wanted peace now.

He returned to the room and looked at Suga who was looking through the window.

"I brought you something to eat too" Daichi said.

"Thanks.. Looks like I won't be able to go out for a while" Suga frowned slightly, but soon returned to his normal state.

"You'll heal soon and we'll go on as many dates as you want, okay?" Daichi wanted to believe that he will heal soon, but right now Suga already had the symptoms that showed that the illness will take a while to disappear.

Still, looking at Suga, it didn't look like he was ill at all. Daichi was glad that this illness didn't cause him any pain, that he could still move and talk properly. He was just weak. He had a hard time lifting up a cup with tea in it, but that was all. Daichi was a bit glad about that.

He remembers that when  doctor told him what happened to him, he almost fainted himself. He was just hoping that the worst won't come.

"Daichi..." Suga looked at his boyfriend, getting his attention.

"What is it?" Daichi asked as he took another bite.

"The doctor didn't tell me yet, but you know.. What is my illness called again?"

Daichi almost choked on his pork bun. He knew Suga would ask this sooner or later, and he wasn't going to lie.

"Hypoglycemia"

If y'all don't know what it is, it's a illness  when a person has very low blood sugar levels. If not treated properly it can cause fainting and stuff like that. Minor symptoms are weakness, confussion, shaking and shivering. Basically all things that I included in the last chapter's flashbacks.

Yes, I did my research.

There is no way I would give Suga cancer, the fanfic is ending, I can't just do that
