"All for One"

"Guys, why not do something right now to make her happy?" He snapped in excitement and the three looked at him in confusion.

"What do you mean?'' Abhi asked him and Cabir circled his arm around his neck. 

"I mean, let's just forget about this gloominess and all this tension. Let's just celebrate the union of our two love birds. It will be a surprise for them and Nandini will feel good too. What say?" Cabir asked the three, staring them one by one.

Three of them thought for a while and looked at each other.

"Not a bad idea." Abhi said with a smile.

"I agree." Mukti stated and now they were looking at Navya for her approval.

Navya looked at them and found them staring her for an answer. "Why would I back out? Obviously a yes." She stated in slow voice and all three got excited.

Abhi and Cabir settled themselves on the bed and four of them started discussing the plan.

After 15 minutes, they were ready with there plan when Abhi's phone rang.

"Hello." Abhi answered the call and his expressions changed listening to the other side.

"OK I'll be there." He said and disconnected the call.

"This is not right Abhi. You can't go like this." Mukti stated in anger as soon as he disconnected the call.

"Mukti, the surgery we did in the morning has got some complications. Patient's pulse is falling and the team needs to be there. I can't help it. Sorry guys but I'll try to be back as soon as I'm free." Abhi said in hurry and ran out of the room without waiting for anyone's answer.

Mukti cursed him under her breath but she too knew it was important.

"OK, so let's get going." Cabir said and soon they started for the preparations.

It was evening when noise broke Manik and Nandini's sleep. Both frowned at the noise and looked at each other confusingly. Manik moved out of the room followed by Nandini and both were appalled to see the sight in front of their eyes.

All the cushions were lying on the floor. Chairs of dining table were in upside down position. All the possible decorative stuffs were too lying on the floor and some on the couches. Water was spilled on the floor. The whole living area was seemed to be ransacked. 

"What the.." Manik stated in anger where as Nandini was still shocked to witness the chaotic condition of her living room. 

They were trying to settle their mind with the traumatic condition of the living area when their eyes fell on the three living monsters who have completely turned the lovely house into a complete hell. 

Cabir was lying on the floor and Mukti was about to beat hit him with a cushion where as Navya was standing on the couch holding a flower vase in her hand.

"What the hell is happening here?" Manik shouted which startled the three of them and they froze at their places.

Manik gave them a ferocious look and they stood there quiet.

"I asked, what is going on? What is all this? And what are you three up to?" He asked again and this time Mukti gathered some courage to speak up, "actually we were just trying to set up a decor for party but..."

"But it turned out to be a war zone. Right?" Manik completed the left over sentence and Mukti nodded her head. Manik glared her and then to the other two.

"Will you get up from there?" He shouted at Cabir after glaring at them who was still lying in floor.

"And you, get down right now." He shouted at Navya pointing his finger and she instantly came down, stumbling a bit.

All three stood in line with guilty expressions and Manik was looking at them with his hands folded on his chest.

"Can I exactly know why were you guys setting up a party decor and what happened that this living area turned into a war zone." He spoke after a while but no one answered as they wanted to give them a surprise which was till now spoiled.

"We just wanted to celebrate your comeback and cheer up Nandini." Cabir said in a low voice which made Manik roll his eyes in irritation.

"Is this the was to cheer her up? Seriously ?" He asked back sarcastic.

"It's ok Manik. Relax. I'll do it." Nandini spoke this time to cool down the matter.

"No, you will not. You are not going to touch a single thing. And you three clean up the mess in 15 minutes or you won't like see the consequences." Manik shouted again and the three stood there shocked.

"But Manik.." Nandini tried to interrupt

"Will you keep quiet? and will you three start your work." Manik shouted back and they started to clear the mess soon.

Abhi with other doctors was successful in saving the patient and he was stable. He was sitting in his cabin studying that patient's file and he heard a knock on his door.

"Yes." He allowed the person to come in and a girl in her late twenties entered his cabin.

"Hello doctor." She greeted him with a smile and he too responded to it.

"I'm Alya." She introduced herself to him and handed him a file.

"Oh, yes. I remember. Welcome on the board Dr. Alya. Looking forward to work with you." Abhi said with a smile and forwarded his hand for a hand shake.

"Same here and thanks for the welcome." She responded to the hand shake and replied.

"Alya, this is a file of a case we are currently working on. This patient is operated today in morning and I want you to study it and then we will discuss about it tomorrow. Is that ok with you?" Abhi asked Dr. Alya keeping his professional tone and she too replied with same, "sure sir, I'll study it carefully."

"OK then, see you tomorrow. Take care." Abhi left the cabin followed by Alya.
