Chapter 1 - What a life I've lived so far

My names Jasmine Price I'm 17 years old an I live in a little, small, quiet town in Denver where I was born and raised all my life. I have jet black layered hair that reaches my shoulder, I have grayish-green eyes, I am pale white, and I am 5'5.

My family is broken. And by broken I mean none of us can say a complete sentence without someone getting mad and starting a fight. Both of my parents are cheating on each other, we also never see each other, since I'm alone almost everyday. But most of the time when I do see them, they come home drunk or mad. I also get abused, I've gotten abused almost all my life. I'm an only child now.. Because four years ago my parents had gotten into a fight over stupid things, my dad had been drinking way to much and left and left dragging my little brother Tyler with him out to the car in they drove off, my dad ended up passing out and crashing into a truck which killed Tyler instantly he was 8 years old at the time. I hated my dad for that, and I still do...

At school I only have two friends their names are Cam and Rose. Cam is about 6'3, has black hair that covers his eyes, he has hazel eyes, Rose she has short blonde hair that reaches her shoulders, bright blue eyes, and is 5'7 They are my best friends we've all been best friends since first grade.  Everybody else at school bullies me. I get bullied everyday I get called things like "emo", "stupid", "retarded", "worthless", and "ugly" things like that almost everyday. I try to ignore them but it kills me deep inside. 

After school everyday I go work at Spencer's for 2 hours each day.. Then I go help some people in my neighborhood for about 30 minutes to an hour to get paid. I only do these things to make enough money so when I graduate high school next year I can leave this hell I call a home for good.
