Beginner's Workout schedule

When you first start working out it is best for you to start small and work your way up to harder, more intense, things. With doing that you will be more likely to keep working out on a daily basis, than to just forget and/or not want to do it.
In the photo (above) is a 4 week beginner's workout that will be good to start off with. Remember to rest if needed, you don't need to hurt yourself just to do it. If you are a really lazy couch potato I would suggest that you spread the workout for that day though out the day so you're not killing yourself. I wish you all the best of luck.
