So here is how I started
For the first two days I was doing good...on the third day I cheated 😡 I had some soda because my mother bought it and I was craving it. I found out that I couldn't be away from pasta/noodles my family's like Italy when it comes to that stuff,lol, though I ate a smaller amount than usual. I have very little self control to food :/ I pushed through it, well most of it and here's after five days
Yes there isn't much/any difference but I do feel a bit smaller and that's always a good feeling. I only have 16 more days to go (😥 I can do this)
