The Banana diet also known as the Glamorous diet. This diet is great in my opinion, the reason being is it doesn't call for starving yourself, working out a lot, and it fills out your S-line.(picture)
Now for the instructions:
Breakfast~1-2 bananas, 2 cups of warm/room temperature water
Lunch~healthy (non-greasy) meal
Snack~ 1/2-1 banana
Dinner~healthy meal. mostly composed of veggies and herbs (try and keep dinner light)
Tips:
-Try and eat healthy and non-greasy foods
-(sorry but...) no desserts and no non-water drinks(say no to the soda)
Pros on this diet:
*enables your face to became smaller
*Burns your waist and stomach fat
*Exercise when you want to
*Fills your S-line
Cons on this diet:
*Bananas are high in sugar so people with diabetes may not be able to do this and can result in cavities
*This diet tells you, you can eat anything you want for lunch and dinner so those with self control would probably gain weight
Do this diet for 4 weeks. Comment if I should write a meal plan for the 4 weeks on this diet.Hope you all achieve your goals!!
