10 pounds in 2 weeks?

I have heard of people dropping 10 pounds in 2 weeks before. I've just never tried it, I plan to do this after I am done doing little fixes (e.g. only drink water, eat 1,500 cal. a day, small workouts, cut out whites, etc) for at least 21 days so they become a habit. I don't want to be drained of my energy because of this so I will build up little switches until I feel like I will be comfortable doing this. I recommend eating 1200-1800 calories a day while doing this since the average person burns 2000 calories a day it will help with results and try drinking mostly water
