It's way easier than when I first started but, duh, that is to be expected. Green tea(arizona) taste super sweet. Sometimes to sweet. I've been drinking a lot of tea actually. I've been eating less, a lot less. Not so little that it's unhealthy but until I'm satisfied not 'want to puke I'm so full' anymore. I was always told 'you have to eat everything on your plate because they're starving kids in the world' but now I have been leaving some on my plate and that has helped with over eating. Snacking just because I'm bored, yeah I did that, now I ask myself am I really hungry? If the answer is nah not really I'll busy myself with something and drink some water.
