Chapter 29

Emma's pov

After school I stopped by at Killian's place.

He was already there.

I knocked on the door and he was there within seconds.

"Hello love, come in"

As soon as the door was closed I crashed my lips onto his, which took him by suprise, but he quickly responded.

After a quick make-out scène we ate some potato chips and other stuff like that, just snuggled up against each other on the couch. This moment was way too perfect.

"Neal asked me for prom."

Killian looked up. Damn, why did I have to ruin this perfect moment?!

"What did you say?"

I gave him a weird look.

"I followed your advise and said Yes.."

His face sadened.

"What's wrong, it was your idea!" I laughed.

"This is a good example of an idea that seems good at the time, but later, it turns out horrible." He chuckled.

"Probably"

I lay my head back on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me protectivly.

"I should go back home soon. My parents are probably wondering where I am..."

"Yeah, you should go. Dont forget to study" He smirked.

"I already did my homework, proud of me?" I said while getting up.

"Very, but have you already studied for the test tomorrow?"

My face suddendly turned really white.

"Wait what?! What test?!"

"The math test..." Killian said.

I looked at him confused.

"There is a math test?!"

He slowly nodded.

"O god...." This was gonna be a hell, probably even worse than Mr Underbrooke's classes.

We were doing algabra and that is the thing I hate most about math. Why use letters?! Letters are for language, numbers for Math. Dont get those two mixed up!! If I wanted to get above an F on an algabra test, I'd have to start studying at least a week before the test.

Killian must have seen my shocked face as he stood up and hugged me.

"It'll be okay, call your parents and I'll help you, okay?"

I nodded, while burrying my face in his neck.

After a few seconds I pulled away from the hug and dialed my moms number.

I explained what was going on and said that Belle was going to help me. Damn, Killian had a lot if code names. Secret boyfriend, hottest person in the world (I dont use this one very frequently, but I should, cause it's true) and Belle...

My mom was very pissed at first, but she did allow me to stay.

After Killian had explained everything I kinda understood, but it was still really difficult.

Eventually, I just gave up, because it was getting late, and I should head home.

Killian gave me a hug before I left.

"I know you can do this, tommorow. Just stay calm and follow those rules, and you'll do fine" He smiled.

I nodded as I put on my jacket.

"Bye Killian, thanks for everything" I said, waving.

"Bye Swan"
