Pointless (Yoongi Angst)

Yoongi rushed to the nearest ticket station, standing on a long line of people waiting to get a trip to the place he was planning to take you, (insert whatever vacation place you want).

"I hope you like this, (y/n)." He whispered and smiled to himself, thinking about what your reaction would be if you knew you could get on a vacation with him. He wondered if you'd grin from ear to ear, your eyes crinkling in joy, and jumping up like a toddler while you engulf him with your tight hug. He wanted to make you feel special today by surprising you with a special and simple gift for a special day today. His eyes sparkled, slightly pacing side to side in excitement.

Yoongi was finally the next person to avail two tickets, stuttering quite a bit because of his shyness. The nice cashier just giggled at his awkwardness, handing him two parcels of paper just the size of a credit card. He held on it tightly before keeping it inside his wallet, paying for it and handing the money to the nice lady. He turned around and left the ticket station, fumbling for his wallet and took the tickets once again as he walked, scanning the whole strip for any mistakes or errors. He wanted this to be perfect, for you.

He looked up and walked along the pavement, the summer sun shining to Yoongi's pale white skin as he walked to your apartment, expecting you to be there. He took his shades and put it on effortlessly as he started to wander in deep thoughts about you. He really wished you would be able to relax for this trip, because he saw how hardworking you were studying for college. Besides, he thought you and him never went to a vacation together since forever, a time to spend with each other would be the only thing he wished right now.

His took his phone out of his pockets, suddenly planning on calling you. He stopped for a while and looked down, pressing your name in his contacts and looked at the screen. His hands fidgeted slightly as he was waiting for you to answer his call.

And after a short while, you finally did.

"Jagiya!" He smiled genuinely, greeting you with a great tone. He missed your sweet, soothing voice. With you and him being apart right now because of both of your schedules, just one word from you can make Yoongi's day a hundred times better.

"Oppa!" Your voice ringed through his ears smoothly, a gummy smile instantly forming on his lips.

"Jagiya I miss you!" He responded, leaving you chuckling on the other line as his voice squeaked slightly in excitement.

"I miss you too." You smiled faintly, a little bit uneasy. You didn't know if he remembered what today was, but that wasn't just the thing that bothered you. You also didn't know how he would react if he knew what was happening on your side right now.

"Where are you?" He asked. With his short question, your eyes started to widen. Knowing him, you knew this wouldn't be alright if you told him the truth, but the rage he'd give you if he knew where you are wouldn't be twice as much as when he would somehow discover you will lie to him.

Your mind went distant for a while, hesitating what to say as you looked around your bestfriend's apartment. Your guy bestfriend's apartment.

"Jagiya? You okay?" He suddenly asked, snapping you back from reality.

"I...." You whispered and stared at your bestfriend, still lying on his long velvet couch as if it was his last day living on earth, with a broken heart.
