"So," Katelyn was saying, "Was that unknown number that Garage guy?"

I suddenly burst with laughter, clutching my stomach in an attempt to control myself. "It's Garroth," I managed, "And yes, it was."

"My bad," Katelyn said sarcastically, rolling her eyes in the process.

I turned around to look at Kawaii~Chan in the backseat, "How are things with Reese?"

Kawaii~Chan shook her head sadly. "Reese~Senpai has been sticking with Michi~Chan lately. It makes Kawaii~Chan upset!" She cried out, clutching her knees.

I stuck my hand out and patted the air, pretending it was her head, "It's okay, Kawaii~Chan. If Reese doesn't notice you, then it's his loss. You're amazing, just look at you!"

"Thanks. But it should be Kawaii~Chan saying that to Aphmau~Senpai!"

"Pfft~! As if!"

"Oh shut up, Aphmau. You know it's true," Katelyn jumped into the conversation.

"Thanks anyways," I murmured, tucking a strand of raven hair behind my ear.

After the drive, we came upon the back parking lot behind the record building. The van was already sitting there, the numerous trucks behind it, all waiting for the departure. There were people standing around outside, chatting as it seemed.

"Ah, there she is!" Laurence exclaimed when I stepped out of Katelyn's car. "Our shining star!"

I shifted my weight uneasily, fixing my bag on my shoulder. "Are we leaving now?"

Laurence nodded as I took my small suitcase out of the trunk and stuffed it into the small, cramped space at the back of the van, barely fitting a few bags and other suitcases. There were already a few others taking a spot in the van, and I climbed into it myself.

I sat at the very back corner, and I immediately recognized the head of blonde hair in the seat in front of me. "Hey," I said, smiling as he turned his head.

"Oh, hey Aphmau," Garrett greeted, resting his elbow on the back of his seat as he turned.

"Excited?" I asked him, pulling my earbuds out from my bag.

"More so nervous. But I look forward to the performance," he answered.

"I get it, I felt the same my first time performing at a concert. Do you want to work on the song when we reach Pikoro or now that we have the time?"

"Whatever works best. Maybe in Pikoro; when we can work on it without being bothered?"

I nodded and put my earbuds in, playing the songs on my playlist. Katelyn was at my side, typing away on her phone, and Kawaii~Chan was on the other side, reading a book.

After the long 3 1/2 hour drive, the van finally pulled into a hotel sitting in the middle of the city. Having practiced the routine before, I sat in the van while Dante left and grabbed the room keys, so nobody attacked us wanting autographs and pictures. He returned several minutes later, three room keys in his hand. He passed them all out, giving me the key to the room Katelyn, Kawaii~Chan, and myself were staying in.

I immediately climbed out of the van with my friends on either side of me as we pressed the third floor button on the elevator, Garroth, Laurence, and Dante on the other side of the metal contraption. Eventually, the doors opened and we stepped down the carpeted hallway to the end of the passage, and unlocked the door on the left.

I threw myself onto a bed and kicked my shoes off. After several minutes of staring at the roof, I finally sat up and grabbed the suitcase Kawaii~Chan brought up for me, and took my night clothes out, a purple tank and black pajama shorts.

I tied my hair into a messy bun and sat at the end of one bed, waiting for the other two to finish getting ready.

"How we are sleeping?" I asked.

"In a bed," Katelyn replied sarcastically.

Kawaii~Chan giggled at Katelyn's comment before answering, "Take that bed, Aphmau~Senpai. Kawaii~Chan will share this one with Katelyn~Sama."

"You sure?"

"You're the one performing tomorrow. We insist," Katelyn chimed in, opening her own suitcase.
