chapter twenty six:like an angel

Normal pov:

After few hours working, and after Amy helped Rafael a new song was produced. Rafael was so surprised they created a song in just a few hours. And Amy was so excited to tell the guys about it. They were also so hungry but luckily Leonard made pasta. After they ate, it was time to blow the news.

They looked at each other and then Amy said "Guys, We've got news!" they all looked at them and Nate asked "You're dating?" Amy started laughing and said "No!" Rafael looked hurt by this subject and only Leonard noticed and decided to talk to him about it later.

Then, she said "Rafael and I would like to know, what you think about something. So attention please! " They all sat down, Amy took the guitar and started playing and Rafael started singing and then she joined him and they sang together.

After they finished the lads were in shock Nate said "What the hell is that?" "A new song" replied Amy with a smirk. "Amazing!" said Zack; "Yeah, how did you guys do that?" asked Leonard. "Magic!" said Amy causing them all to laugh "So are you both going to have a duet?" questioned Nate. "No" said Amy then she continued "The song is all yours guys! I just helped Rafael a little bit and that's all." "If finding the right beat and making the lyrics much more meaningful is a little bit, then hell yes! That's what you did." said Rafael ironically.

"Don't make a big deal out of it" told him Amy. "I am not" he said defending himself and he continued "the only reason why this is now a song is you." Amy blushed slightly and then she said "If you say so!"

The lads took the notebook and started rereading the lyrics, they were so happy with it and they even made some modifications so that they could all sing it together.

Amy was feeling very tired and decided to go sleep. So, she told them that she's going to take a nap.

Rafael looked at her and started laughing then, she looked at him questioning and so he said "You and Sleepy Zack are going to be besties too." She then started laughing and said "Are you going to help me get upstairs or are you just going to keep talking?" He then carried her suddenly causing her to yelp.

The boys started laughing at the sight as Rafael was taking Amy upstairs. After they got to the room, he helped her get in bed and just as he was going to leave she grabbed his arm. The biggest smile appeared on his face and so he asked her if she needed anything, she hesitated before answering and said "Could you stay?"

Rafael's pov:

I felt my heart flying as she asked me to stay and I was too happy that I could only nod. I then joined her while making sure there was enough distance between us. She noticed how tense I was and came closer to me and said "Loosen up!" then she kissed my cheek, put her head on my chest and hugged me as if I was her teddy bear.

It made me feel like holding her right now was my task. It made me feel like I was responsible for her and her safety. "You're the best Raf!" she said cutting my thoughts. She has never called me Raf before and now that she did. It only made her look much cuter. She looked  like an angel.
