Chapter 12

Ninas POV
We all arrived at the safe area near the compound

"Nina, you will be staying here with the computers, tracking us" Calum said

"No I'm not Sir, I'm going out there!" I yelled

Calum turned

"I don't know if you think your going to get out of this, but these are my orders. You need to follow them" he spoke in a annoyed tone

"I don't care, if I couldn't save Chloe then I'm saving others" I folded my arms

Luke came behind and put his hand on my shoulder

"I think she should sir, we need extra bodies because we are two down" he said

Calum nodded

"Fine, but Shawn will be with you" he said

Shawn smiled at me and I returned

Luke span me round

"Nina, please don't let the whole situation get to you" Luke whispered

I frowned

"I don't think I can do that, my friend is dead and her best friend is with a mental person" I said

"Perrie is pretty mental" Luke laughed

I didn't

"Sorry, I shouldn't of done that while you are like this. Just don't do anything stupid, okay?" Luke asked

I pressed my hand to his cheek

"Yeh, I won't" I smiled and kissed him on the lips

Shawn coughed behind us

"I think we need briefing and we need to get our weapons" he said quietly

I pulled away and Luke scurried off

"Nina?" Shawn asked

I nodded

"I don't think Chloe is dead" he said simply

"I know your trying to make me feel better Shawn, but I saw her die in front of me" I sighed

"That's the thing Nina. Think about it, would Jade actually pull the trigger sending a bullet through a vital organ to kill Chloe?" Shawn questioned

I thought for a second

"Well, she betrayed us. She would of done anything for the other agency" I decided

"I think she shot Chloe, but I don't think she killed her Nina. I'm hopeful" Shawn exclaimed

I patted Shawns back

"I never knew you had a soft side for her" I smiled

"I don't Nina, it's Jade who does" he mumbled and we both walked out...

Luke's POV
We were all armoured up in bullet proof vests

"Luke, you will spy on their current meeting" Calum said behind me

I nodded, placing my gun in my vest

"I know this all may be confusing everyone, so I'm going to explain" Calum announced

He walked in front of us all

"This is a centipede compound, meaning there will probably be civilians. Mason, welcome back, you will get them civilians. We need to gain control of this place by Luke going in for the attack. Shawn and Nina will be waiting for any people leaving and entering, you two may go in with Luke also. Jesy, you will be on the radios. Spying with Luke" Calum explained very briefly
