Chapter Four

After I took the order ally and Jeremiah and every one in the kitchen made the food and I noticed it was 8:10pm and we close at 9 so I decided to clean the bathrooms I went to the  back cleanin room and grabbed some supplies for the sinks and toilets.
"Ally I'm starting my side work can you watch front ?" I said "of course go ahead."
And I went to the ladies room first and made sure everyone was gone first, then I started humming the rhythm to 'You Should Be Here' by Kehlani then since I know no one comes to the bathroom when I put the sign up on the  door I started singing like I normally do.

That's when I hear the trash can fall over but when I opened the door to put it back whoever was there was gone. I figured nothing of it and got back to work wiping down the last toilet, then washing my hands and then spraying and wiping the sinks. I swept the floor and switched and went to the men's room making sure is was empty 😳

"I'm telling you that girl has a gift !"
"Really are you sure she's worth studio time  ?" My husband questioned me skeptically
"Yes! Obviously I know talent when I hear it I birthed 3 amazing kids " 🙄
"Okay Shana I'll give her a shot and see what she's got to offer "
This girl has got a lot more to offer than her voice I feel it.

When I washed my hands again I put the supplies back into the closet and went back towards the register and that's when Mr. Allstar called me over

"Miss ?"
I walked over the booth they were sitting in
"Yes sir ?" I said nervously "Here is my card you should have you're parent or guardian call me to discuss your singing ."
"My singing ?" I was throughly confused
"When did you-"
Then I remember the trash falling over
"Mama sha- I mean Mrs. Gordon did you hear me sing? "
"I did. And you have a wonderful voice, and mama Shana sounds like a Diga/Lucki Charmz thing you must know who I am also considering we didn't tell you our names ."
"Yes mam, the both of you actually I'm a fan of Devin and Lexi, even jazzy really with her dubsmashes and Musical.ly's. " I say laughing a little
"Well good have one of you're parents call us tonight to set up a meeting in New Jersey ." She said to me and winked
"New Jersey ? " I asked
"That's where we live , and we have to catch our flight back there in the morning with the boys ."
"Sounds perfect thank you so much ." I said shaking his hand
then her and Mr.Star left and I stared at the card in my hand biting my lip.
