Chapter 10 -Stuck-

(Juvia's pov)

This is so boring...

I can't believe the principle choice me to help out the soccer team for community service.

(Flash Back)

"Juvia, did you do community service?" Erza-san and I were talking and eating lunch.

"Huh?"

"Oh it's when you help others and the community and then fill in this form saying that you done it. If you don't you will get in trouble"

Erza was the class president and she was quite strict on the rules.

"Seriously...Juvia doesn't want to bother doing that. Besides there is nothing to do for community service"

"Hmmm...you could ask the principle. Which reminds me I have a meeting with Jellal on preparations for the school dance. See you later Juvia"

Erza-san left me by myself.

Might as well go see the principle.

"Master Makarov?"

To show respect a lot of people just call him master instead.

"Yes?"

"Um...Juvia doesn't know what to do for community service"

"How about you help the school soccer team. You get to miss out on class!"

"Fine"

The coach told me to refill water bottles.

"Boring...boring...boring..." I told myself opening the tap.

"Juvia?"

Somebody said my name and turned away to see Gray.

OMG GRAY-SAMA IS SO ATTRACTIVE...MY HEART IS GOING TO MELT SOON.

"Juvia?"

"YES?"

He looked at the drink bottles and I quickly passed him one.

He drank really fast when he was done he smiled at me.

WHY IS HE MAKING MY HEART BEAT OVER A MILLION TIMES?!

"So do you like helping the soccer team?"

"Juvia finds it boring"

"It's actually quite fun playing soccer. Maybe if coach lets me I can teach you some stuff?"

"N-no, Juvia isn't actually interested in soccer. Master Makarov suggested Juvia to help out"

"Oh...so where is my stupid cousin at, isn't he mostly with you?"

"Juvia thinks Lyon went for another meeting. He is very busy these passed few days..."

"You can always hang around me..."

He blushed and my face turned bright red.

"GRAY STOP FLIRTING WITH JUVIA. EVERYBODY TAKE A DRINK BREAK. GRAY AND NATSU GO OUT ON THE FIELD AND PRACTICE DRIBBLING!"

Everybody went towards me and I passed them their drink bottles.

Natsu and Gray were out on the field dribbling while the rest of the team and the coach were taking a break drinking water.

"Juvia?" Sting and Loke walked up to me.

"Will you go to the dance with me Juvia?" Loke flirted and flicked his hair.

Typical Loke the playboy in FairyTail High.

"Um...no sorry"

"What about me Juvia? I will take you to the dance" Sting smiled.

"Sorry no thanks..." I rejected and they both pouted.

"Juvia could you run towards the field and then go over that hill. Stupid Natsu and Gray kicked THE BALL WAY TOO FAR" Coach ordered.

I ran all the way across the field and over the huge hill.

This was so tiring.

"JUST GREAT!" I shouted when I saw the ball stuck into a giant mud pit.

I am going to have to get all my gym clothes muddy now.

The ball was all the way over the other end of the mud pit.

I walked in shrieking and screaming from how disgusting this mud was.

It took me some time to reach to the end it was getting deeper and deeper soon my whole face WILL BE GONE IN THIS MUD.

I grabbed the ball and threw it to land.

NOW I AM STUCK IN THIS MUD PIT!

There was nothing to grab onto or pull myself out.

"HELP PLEASE, JUVIA IS STUCK PLEASE HELP!"

Phew, the whole soccer team heard my scream and rushed down.

"JUVIA WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THAT MUD PIT?" The coach shouted and started pulling out one of his hairs.

"The stupid ball was stuck here and now Juvia can't get out"

"Alright. Somebody go and save Juvia because sorry the coach isn't doing it" Coach looked around and everybody shook their heads worried.

"THAT MUD WILL RUIN MY BEAUTIFUL FACE!"

"It's gonna get my new soccer shoes all dirty"

"I have a date with Luce so sorry"

Everybody looked at Gray and he slowly backed away.

"W-WHAT WHY ARE YOU ALL STARRING AT ME?!"

"DUH ICE BREATH GO SAVE JUVIA" Natsu punched Gray and he punched him back.

"Fine"

He went into the mud pit and groaned from disgust and disappointment that he now had to get new soccer shoes.

Everybody was cheering for Gray and so did I.

"SAVE YOUR GIRLFRIEND ELSA!" Natsu teased and Gray shot him back a glare.

He reached towards me and holds out his hand. I took it and pulled myself out.

"You better replay me for this"

"Thanks Gray-sama"

"Alright now how do we walk back through this?"

"GRAY YOUR STUCK IN THE MUD AS WELL!"

"HUH? NOOOOOO!"

"Ok soccer team lets all quickly get some rope, Juvia and Gray stay here alright?"

The coach and the rest of the team left and now I was just left with Gray.

"So...hmm what should I make you do for me?"

"EH?"

"Well duh I rescued you and got my my new soccer shoes dirty"

"Sorry"

"Ok I want you to tell me why you rejected me when I asked you to the dance and..."

"And?"

"You have to tell me who you likeeee"

"EH?!"

"Yep"

"Can't Juvia answer those questions tomorrow or some other day?"

"Nope now is a good time"

"U-Um J-Juvia...rejected you b-because..."

NO I CAN'T TELL HIM WHY?!!!

"Because Juvia likes..."

"Who is this person you like because I am going to kill him!"

"IT'S YOU GRAY-SAMA!"

Shit did I accidentally say that out loud.

NO! I CONFESSED, now Gray is going to think that I am just another one of his fangirls.
