The car stopped and I looked out the window at the busy parking lot. I looked up at the sign of the store and squinted to see it clearly but when I realized we were at a Target I felt a small smile creep onto my face. They would have the supplies I would need to plan my big escape.

"Remember," I looked over at Gilinsky who was staring intently at me, "I have a gun and I will kill you if you try to get away, okay?" I nodded and he turned the car off getting out and instantly rushing over to my door. He opened and helped me out as I grabbed my crutches balancing myself so I wasn't on my bad leg.

"Do I look okay?" I asked him out of bad habit from always asking my mom whenever we went to the store. I felt a small pang in my chest as I thought about my mom but was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a small chuckle.

"No, you look like shit which makes you unrecognizable." He said closing my door behind me and then locking the car. I followed him into the store my crutches making loud sounds in what seemed like a quiet store. As soon as we walked through the doors and were inside I stared at the different halloween decorations flinching slightly as a fake spider fell from the ceiling.

"Halloween is in a week! Get your costumes now!" A perky lady's voice said over the speaker making me wonder how long I have been kidnapped.

We walked past a board covered in missing people's pictures and when they went missing as well as other information about the missing person. I stared at my own face on the wall not even recognizing my old self. I stopped walking and just stared at the picture of me knowing that nobody would recognize me because of how different I now looked.

"Come on, let's go." I turned towards Gilinsky and gave one last glance back at my picture before I continued to follow him through the store. He took a quick turn to the left and I followed him down the aisle my stomach clenching as I stared at what he was looking at. I stared at all of the condoms and the few sex toys that were on the fairly large rack. He grabbed one of the packs of condoms and smirked over at me showing me the box.

"Jack, no, please don't." I whispered as he raised an eyebrow at me the smirk still on his face.

"Baby girl, trust me, you'll love this." He said putting the box into his basket and then continued to walk leading me to follow him. I forced the tears back as I just followed him around the store as he piled food into his basket.

"I-I need to go get something." I said swallowing nervously as I looked up at Gilinsky our eyes meeting as I tried to blink my tears away.

"What is it?" He asked grabbing a loaf of bread and setting it in the basket before he started to walk away again.

"I need some pads." I said quietly my eyes staying trained on him even as he turned around to look at me.

"Can you go by yourself?" He asked and I nodded slowly forcing myself to keep the smile off of my face. "Be quick, and remember what I have." He patted the gun that was in the waistband of his pants and I just nodded again.

I turned around knowing that he was watching me as I made my way towards the health aisle. I turned around and lost sight of Gilinsky a wide smile taking over my face. I walked as quickly as I could looking down each aisle in search of the aisle with notebooks or paper. I found the aisle and quickly walked down it grabbing one of the notebooks and flipping it open. I balanced on my good leg and searched for a stray pen. After a few minutes of searching I found one and ripped the top off holding the lid in my mouth as I quickly started to write my message. My handwriting was messy because of how fast I was writing and because of the fact that I was shaking out of nerves. I was almost finished writing the little note when I heard footsteps come up behind me.
