"It's supposed to come in tonight."

"Ok good, now show me upstairs."

"Okay, I haven't seen that yet either so this should be exciting."

I walk up the wooden steps and they only creak a little at the bottom which is surprising considering how old I thought this  place was.

"Alright."

I see 3 doors. I go to the one on my left.

"Ok, here's the first room, it's nice and cozy. Not large but not squished."

"What's that door for?" Oli asks.

"Um that might be a bathroom, hold on let me check."

I open the door and the bathroom looks great despite 2 small cracks in the tile floor next to the toilet.

"Woah. Glass shower, so creeps can stare at you while you bathe."

"Thanks Oli."

I leave that room and make my way to the room next over.

"This will probably be my guest room."

"I'll take this one for when I come."

"Alright." I say closing the door and heading to the last door.

"It's a bathroom." I say as I open the door.

"Larger than the one in your room I see."

"Ok, well that's it."

"Great, now when is all your furniture coming in because this place looks like a rats ass right now."

"Wow I'll definitely miss your humor Oli."

"Oh I'm not leaving. You'll get my sass everyday of your life."

"Great." I mumble.

"Ok Oli I gotta go I'm starving."

"Ok bye bitch love you."

"Bye love you ho."

I hang up and try and drag my suitcase upstairs. I finally get it into my room.

I won't unpack yet. I deserve a treat.

I look up directions to the nearest Sandwich shop and see that one is only 15 minutes of walking away. So I grab my purse and head out the door. I lock my door and they set off on the course my phone tells me.

It is so gorgeous out today.

"Good afternoon." A mother says as she passes me with her stroller.

People are so much nicer in the UK than in America.

I finally make it to the sandwich shop and order.

I'm standing off to the side waiting on my food when a nice young man in his 20s walks through the door. He smiles at me and I smile back. I watch him order then he comes and stands near me to wait for his food also.

"I've never seen you here before." Gosh his accent is beautiful.

"Um ya, I actually just moved here like an hour ago." I say laughing.

"Oh haha wow. Well, I'm Alfie. I've lived here basically all my life although I have no idea why I'm telling you that." We both laugh and then my order comes along with Alfie's. We walk outside together.

"Which way are you going?" He asks me.

"Uh left."
