*So, she's checking me out.*

Even though I could hear his thoughts. I couldn't look away.

''What do you want for breakfast?'' I murmured. Still fixing my eyes on his rock hard abs.

''Uhmm...'' He was turning red. ''What about pancakes?''

''Pancakes it is.'' I said, snapping out of it. ''Here's your shirt''

**

After eating our pancakes, I heard a knock on the door.

Sam looked at me oddly...*Are her parents back already?*

''I'm sure it's our next door neighbor. The old man Joe, haha he usually drops by with a pie once a week'' I reassured him smiling

I went to open the door...and it was my neighbor alright.

''Morning Tiffany. Where's my son?''

I knew that she knew he was here so there was no way I could lie. I never felt more vulnerable.

*I know he's here Tiffany. I can read his thoughts from across the yard *

How? well let me explain it to you. Once you get older you get to hear thoughts from a larger distance.

For an example when I was 4 years old, I could only read minds when I touch the person.

It grows better and better until you're around 40 where you can choose anybody in the world to listen to and mute anyone too.

Unfortunately, I'm not on that stage yet.

-Well he chose to come here for some reason

*Oh Tiffany, I know that you know. I can read your subconscience*

-Shit

*Language!*

-Sorry

At this point Sam came out of the kitchen and stared at us with a confused matter.

His mom and I looked like we've been staring at eachother for days.

''Mom, I'm sorry. But I need to get to school now...C'mon Tiffany'' Sam looked at me with a panic on his face.

*Mom completely embarrassed me. She's acting completely rude. I hope Tiffany won't take her actions the wrong way*

*I'm not done with you Tiffany. You and your family are going down.* She shot me a glare

''Well okay Hunny. I'm gonna go home now, I hope you come back home later. you kids have fun at school!..'' She said before she got walked off my porch.

I was seriously scared.

*Why did she get so pale?* Sam asked himself.

''So let's go to school! I have my cheerleading tryouts today!'' I faked my enthusiasm

______

We got to school and the day passed by cold and slow.

I hung out with Sam and some of the guys from the football for the rest of day.

There was some thoughts here and there that I was a slut with them all. So not true.

I saw Brian and he apologized about him cancelling on me and promised me a night of hang out of just me and him will be planned soon.

And finally the cheerleading tryouts were here.

more then 100 girls showed up. Stressful.

''Alright girls, line up, take a number and learn the choreography that I'm about to present you. It's going to be really hard. But first, whoever that can't do the splits can save us all the time and leave right now.'' 15 people left, I knew that most of them that stayed were lying and they couldn't do the splits. but I kept my cool. ''Okay now, whoever can't do a handstand can leave'' 25 people left. '' Alright, now for the rest of the people, whoever that can't do cartwheel. Leave'' 34 people left. ''Okay now for everybody else. Follow me''
