"I shouldn't have shown her", I mumbled to myself.
Just as I said it, Wolf jumps in front of my face and says,
"Why not? I don't think she minds!"
I got such a shock when he did that, that I literally fell, but then he grabbed my hand to stop me.
"Careful there daydreamer,"
"Sorry. It's nothing,"
"I think I'm coming up with something" I say, holding my head.
"I'm just gonna go for a short walk."
"Okay, just don't fall in a lake this time, okay?"
"Okay, fine" I laugh.
I'm just walking to my local store, when I hear someone walking behind me.
I spin round, thinking its hopefully someone else wanting to go to the store, but instead, I just see a flash of blonde hair ducking behind a car.
"Um, hello?"
No reply.
I go to the car the person was hiding behind, but nobody was there.
I shrug it off and go to the store, occasionally looking back, but no sign of her.
Walking out of the store, my phone starts vibrating.
It was my home number?
I answer quickly and say, "hello? Wolf? What happened?" No reply, just a loooong pause.
Then, to my horror, I hear wolf screaming, "HELP ME!!!"
And then silence. The phone turns off.
Oh my god
I throw my groceries on the floor and I run as fast as I can back home, I only live a few mins away.
I get home, and to my horror, I see my glass smashed, the door broken down, and Wolf.
Wolf.
He was on the floor, covered in blood and claw marks.
"Brooke..." He reaches his hand towards me..
I fall back, speechless, big wet tears dripping down my cheeks.
But someone catches me..
I spin around, to see..
Jessica?!
"Jess? What happened here??? Who did this?" I sob.
She stares at me, mascara flowing down her pale cheeks.
"Brooke, I'm so sorry"
What?
"What do y-"
I feel a sharp pain in my head-something hit me, literally.
Turning around, I see him.
The man in the hoodie who attacked me.
And he's holding a sharp piece of wood, and before I know it, he swings of at me, and everything goes black.
