I rubbed my eyes and blinked few times. The computer screen in front of my face were blurring out. I tried to recall the last time I got up and drank or ate something. The work was coming at me like bulls in corrida. My coworker sighted next to me, her computer weren't working properly she hit it few times, but of course it wasn't one of the best ways to make it work.

"Heading home?"

I heard someone ask and turned around. Jimin was standing behind me, he had already put on his jacket and had a bag with his thing. Did he finish already? He probably did, otherwise he wouldn't be asking me if I'm done. So I just shook my head in frustration. I really wanted to get some sleep, food wasn't even my priority anymore and I felt like starving. He bit his lip and looked around when leaned in closer to me and started staring in to my eyes.

"What?"

"You look tired."

He stated and I held myself back from answering with a sarcastic comment. Even a blind man could have told that I looked tired. I not only looked, I was all fed up with everything around me. Except my bed, obviously, but it wasn't near.

"Well I am."

I shrugged my shoulders and just looked away back to the almost empty page on the screen. So much to do left.

"Let's do what, I will talk to the boss and walk you home, is that alright with you?"

I glanced at him like I got stroke with a thunder. First he was my friend and coworker, but he never acted so nice towards me, second no one dared to talk to the boss about letting go home early, too much work for nothing, third I still wanted to finish, or else I will have to work tomorrow as for two people.

"I'm going home!"

My coworker Sally yelled out after Jimin's words. I peeked at her computer, she was way behind me and even I couldn't work enough to make it on time. I was behind schedule, but Sally was a whole different story.

"Okay."

Jimin just nodded towards her and wished good evening. Obvious disappointment on Sally's face said it all. She was hoping for him to offer walk her home, but he didn't. And now she had to leave not only defeated, but not done with her work. I really didn't want to be in her place at the moment.

"Jimin I would love to, but I can't put my job second."

He seemed just as unhappy as our fellow coworker few seconds ago, when she didn't get a guy to take her back home.

"I understand."

He grinned sad and turned around. I got back to my work. I was unsatisfied that I had to act so cold with him. He was so nice and caring like a big brother I never had.

"I can't."

I whispered to myself, because no one was around and could hear me. My fingers touched the keyboard, it was an instinct I almost didn't have to put a thought in to what was I doing. I closed my eyes for a second. Headache was sure to come after me tomorrow.

-Jimin's P.O.V-"

I went to the boss. He was genuinely a nice guy and a good friend of mine, I couldn't understand the fear other people felt when they talked to him or just saw him. They probably weren't putting hundred percent in to their job as I. And her.

She always did her best. Never keeping things for later, always on the duty. I admired her courage, but it was unhealthy to spend so much time working until you drop. I just didn't know how to tell her that.

"Hey."

I knocked on the door and opened it. My boss was still here, working just like a part of the team. He wasn't just commanding us what to do, he was leading. Working with us. I wanted to be like him one day. Be the part of the team.

"Come on in Jimin."

He grinned and put his laptop away, I was thankful of how concentrated he suddenly became when I walked in. He had respect for his workers, and that was one of the reasons I couldn't understand why most of the people here didn't seem to like him.

"She's working so hard. Please, can I take her home now? She's going to die soon if she keeps on doing everything the same way she's doing now."

He didn't even question who 'She' was. As my friend he knew that there weren't other women in my eyes except her.

"Sure, but I'll need those reports she's working on by Monday. I warned you."

I wanted to hug him. He just made my day. And those reports? No problem, I will help her or do them myself so just she could get some rest.

"Thank you!"

I shouted before leaving the office. I could hear my boss laugh as I left. He was probably intrigued about what is going to happen with this office romance story as much as people get intrigues by a good book.

I walked in to the room filled with computers and annoying sound coming from them all. The space was almost empty, considering that there was only me and her left. I walked closer and heard even breathing, her shoulders were going up and down, and her face seemed so peaceful. She was sleeping.

The computer was still on. The work almost done. I couldn't help, but giggle. She looked so cute while asleep.

"Don't worry, I will guard you."

I carefully moved her away trying not to wake her up and set down in front of computer with her name tag on it.

Hour later I heard a surprised gasp and I had to turn around. She was checking the room, looking for aliens that invasion the office or something. She immediately looked at her clock and gasped again. The shock in her eyes as they met mine was a little gift for me.

She got some rest and it already seemed like a reward for me. Even if against her will.

"What happened?"

"Don't worry it's alright. Want to go home?"

She shook her head coming back to reality.

"I have work to do."

She blurted out the common phrase and pushed her chair closer to computer desk. Her eyes widened as she saw all the report finished and send.

"Did you do this?"

"I did."

"But why?"

She seemed confused.

"I couldn't let my princess die from working too much."

I laughed and her eyes teared up.

"Thank you." She wrapped her arm around me and sobbed. "But don't you ever do it again. We all get the amount of work we need to do-"

I cut her off with a peck on the forehead.

"Shall I walk you home?"

She nodded happily. I took her hand and grabbed her purse from the desk.

"Did I just found my prince? Because I can't see the white horse anywhere."

"Do we really need one?"

She giggled, it was the sweetest sound that has veer reached my ears.

"No, I just need you."
