Harry's P.O.V

A movement on the bed woke me up. I opened my eyes a little, just enough to see Tahria getting under the quilts. I frowned slightly, wondering what she was doing in the middle of the night but then realised she was probably saying her morning prayers.

As soon I was sure she became comfortable, I moved. Burying my head at the junction where her neck and shoulder met, I wrapped myself around her like vine and she let out a sigh

"Did I wake you up?" She asked and I shook my head, not saying anything. She let out another sigh but didn't say anything either. I closed my eyes then, giving in to the sleep that felt heavy on my eyes.

"Harry, you can't keep getting scared over dreams." Tahira said the next morning. We were still in the position I fell asleep in, but she was running her hand through my hair. I let out a sigh

"I know... It's making me feel like a small child but I can't help it." I said and she hm'ed

"Whatever your dream was, it's not going to come true." She said with a confident tone and I frowned

"How can you say that?" I asked

"Because nightmares or anything bad you see in dreams are shown to you by the Satan. They aren't real dreams. Whatever you saw in your dream, it's just not true and it won't actually happen." She said and I raised my head up to look at her

"How do you know this?" I asked and she blushed for some reason

"I googled it once. There were some dreams I wanted to know if they had a meaning to, and I found about this when I was looking them up." She said and I smiled at her. Resting my head back in her neck, feeling slightly relieved because I knew when it came to things like this, Tahira never joked.

We were in the restaurant the resort we were staying in had. After being cooped up in our room for the last few days, we thought it would be better if we explored the resort.

"How could you?" Tahira asked me, lips pursing to hide that smile but her eyes were narrowed at me. I had a spoon in my mouth, hiding the last scoop of ice cream I had just stolen from her bowl.

I grinned, pulling the spoon out of my mouth and gave her a shrug "Sorry." I said and she shook her head. Stealing my ice cream, she started eating it while I gaped at her

"Ice cream for an ice cream. Don't ever take mine again." She said and I let out a chuckle

"No seriously, give it back." I said and she shook her head "Nope." She said, taking another scoop of ice cream in her mouth and I pouted. She let out a small giggle at my antics and held out her spoon. I grinned and leaned forward, taking the ice cream in my mouth.

"Delicious." I said and she chuckled

"Glad you think so, because you're not getting any more." She said and I let out a playful groan

"No! You can't do this!" I whined and she burst of laughing, covering her mouth with her hand and I joined her a few seconds later

"Should have thought about it before stealing mine." Tahira said and I shook my head at her

"I'll make a mental note of never doing that again." I said and she nodded with satisfaction

"You'd better." She said and we chuckled. Then a second later, she held out another spoonful of ice cream to me, making me grin and lean forward again but she pulled it back into her mouth the last second, giving me a cheeky smile and I shook my head at her.

She held the spoon out to me again, but before leaning in this time, I grabbed her wrist. Her hand pulling back when my mouth neared it like I knew she'd do again but she couldn't as I tightened my hand on her wrist, giving her a grin as I took the ice cream in my mouth and she pouted.

"You really don't play fair." Tahira said recalling what Farah and Pooja had said to me at the wedding and I chuckled, resting my arms on the table

"Never said I did." I said with a small smile.

Tahira was running away from me.

We were walking on the beach after having our lunch and the ice cream which Tahira had stolen from me. Suddenly, she had grinned at me and started running away. At first, I was a bit confused why she was doing this, but then she called back

"Catch me if you can!"

I chuckled and shook my head "I will and you know it!" I shouted back and got her laughter floating in the air as a response. Taking it as a positive answer, I started chasing her. Jogging at first, then gradually increasing my speed to a run.

She looked back at me, a grin on her face as her hair blew free with the wind, just after being released from her hijab she was wearing when we left for lunch. I wished I could capture that moment. Her eyes were gleaming in happiness, the grin on her face widening when she saw me running after her and quickly catching up to her. She looked back in front of her, increasing her speed to my surprise but I just laughed and did the same.

As I reached her, I wrapped my arms around her stomach and pulled her close to my front, spinning us around. She squealed in surprise at first, her legs folding slightly, head titling back into my shoulder and her hands resting on my arms but then our laughter echoed through the air.

I stopped when I started feeling a little dizzy. Setting her down slowly as I stopped, a few chuckles were still escaping her lips and she turned around in my arms. Her face was expressing pure happiness and she looped her arms around my neck.

She stood up on her toes and then pulled me down by her arms when she couldn't stretch anymore. I was curious to what she was doing because this was the first time she had ever done something like this.

Lost in my thoughts, I didn't realise what she was doing until I felt a kiss being placed on my cheek. I felt my eyes widening slightly, my hands went to her back to support her as she pulled me down towards her even more

"You're the best husband I could have ever asked for. Thank you for being you." She whispered in my ear, her breath tickling the hair around it slightly. I felt my lips form a shy smile and I wrapped my arms around her waist, pulling her closer to me

"You're the best wife I couldn't have even imagined deserving. I love you so much." I whispered in her ear in return and her arms around my neck tightened but not enough to choke me even slightly.

"I love you, too. So much it scares me at times." She whispered back and I smiled, pulling back from the hug just so much to look at her. Her face wasn't flushed like I had expected it to be. Her eyes were shining with happiness and love, and I knew my eyes were reflecting the same emotions. I cupped her face and she closed her eyes, leaning into my palm before putting her own hand on mine and looking up at me

"It scares me too. But then it just tells me that I couldn't ever stop loving you. No matter what happens in the future." I said and she gave me a shy smile which I returned with a smile of my own. Leaning down,

I placed my lips on hers, giving her love-filled kiss.
