Harry's P.O.V

I called Zayn after that. It was a conversation that lasted for a good hour but he was happy for us. And was disappointed when he got to know the role for godfather of our child was already taken.

We made it in time for the next ultrasound. Twenty weeks pregnant, it was time for us to know the gender of our baby.

I was a little nervous and very excited to see my baby again, even though it was through a monitor. And since we'd know the gender, we could tell everyone and even start buying all the stuff we'd need for our baby.

Tahira and I were debating if we should buy a house with the whole shebang before our baby's born. But in the end, I had called a real estate agent and she said she'll get right on it and call us back.

"Hi, doc." I said and we walked in the room where we had to get the ultrasound done. Dr. Bailey was sitting there as usual and smiled when she saw us

"Harry, Tahira, welcome back. Are you excited to find out your baby's gender?" She asked and we nodded

"Very." We said and the same time and Dr. Bailey nodded. I helped Tahira sit up on the bed and she lay down, lifting up her shirt and Dr. Bailey put the blue gel on her stomach. The monitor flashed the baby's sonogram and it looked completely fine. Arms and legs were now developed unlike in the last ultrasound and I squeezed Tahira's hand in mine.

"Let's see... It's looking healthy. No signs of any sort of abnormality." I sighed in relief and Dr. Bailey continued her survey "As for the gender..." She said moving the handle around Tahira's stomach

"Congratulations, it's a girl!" Dr. Bailey said and I chuckled in disbelief

"We were right all along." I said and Tahira smiled at me.

@Harry_Styles: Daddy's little girl.

I tweeted, attaching the picture to the sonogram we got done in the morning. After that, we went house hunting and quickly found one we both loved. It was near my flat, close to the boys but the only downside was that it took me further away from the studios.

Okay, so Tahira didn't like it much at first, saying it was a little too extravagant but then I convinced her because I knew she secretly loved it too.

It was a three storey house with a back garden, and the back garden also had a small pond. It had four bedrooms and four bathrooms, kitchen, sitting, family and dining rooms. It also had a gym which was attached with a utility room and had a store room which was accessed from the outside. And the best part about it was that it had high walls surrounding it, so even Tahira could roam around the back without her hijab, not worrying about who could see her.

As the sale for the house went through, my bank account got three million pounds lighter (Not that I told Tahira how much it had cost.) because I knew she'd immediately reject such a high priced house.

Ever since we found out that we were going to have a girl, Tahira hadn't stopped smiling the whole time. It made me wonder what's on her mind because at times, she'd just look up in the sky, grinning. Looking like she was having a conversation in her head but shook her head whenever she saw me looking at her curiously.

"Where do you go every night?" I asked Tahira as she walked into our room. I was laying down on the bed, looking up at the ceiling, waiting for her like every night (even when we were touring).

She smiled and climbed on the bed, snuggling into me and I wrapped my arms around her shoulders "There are some things pregnant women should do. Religion wise. Mamma told me about it when we got back from our honeymoon." She said and I nodded

"What did get you so happy today though?" I asked and then she pulled away from me and put all her weight on one elbow, looking down at me in disbelief.

"We're having a girl, Harry." She said and I smiled "I know. I'm very happy about this too." I said but she shook her head

"You're not getting it." She said and I frowned "Not getting what?" I asked and then she closed her eyes and sighed

"Oh right..." She said and then fell back down on the bed with a laugh. I sat up on my elbow then, looking down at her with a confused smile "What?" I asked and she smiled, cupping my face in her hands

"You don't even realise how lucky we just got." She said and I raised an eyebrow "Lucky?" I asked and she nodded

"Lucky." She repeated with a soft smile

"Please elaborate." I said and pulled one hand away from my face, taking it in mine.

"Harry, you can't even imagine... There are so many reasons why I said we got lucky..." She trailed off but I just gave her an expectant look

"Having a daughter as your first child is very lucky for a woman, and having a daughter in general. And that's because it means that you've received greetings from Prophet Muhammad (SAW) himself, along with blessings from God. She's a great bounty an honour to have. A daughter opens the door to Paradise for her father, Harry. And you know, having three daughters, and you raise them right, they act like a shield, protecting their father from hellfire." Tahira said and I blinked at her in surprise

"And what about mothers?" I asked and she smiled "Paradise lies beneath her feet. A mother is given three times the status of the father, Harry." Tahira said and my mouth dropped open in shock. She chuckled, placing her fingers beneath my chin, she pushed it up to close my mouth

"What if... What if they die at childbirth?" I asked quietly and her eyes softened "All her sins are forgiven because she died in the sorrow of it." She said softly and I decided to change the mood and leaned down

"So, three daughters, eh?" I asked and she chuckled "If we don't have anymore, even one will do the same." She whispered and I smiled, running my hand through her hair

"How many children do you want to have?" I asked and she frowned

"At least two. I don't want our daughter to be an only child like me." She said and I frowned "You wanted siblings?" I asked and she nodded slowly

"I did. I felt lonely at times... When others complained about their siblings in school." She said and I frowned "Didn't you tell Omar and Sara about this?" I asked and she nodded again

"I did and years later they told me it wasn't possible." She whispered and I frowned even more "Wasn't possible?" I asked and she nodded

"When we went back home, I mean to India, mamma did get pregnant again... But then something went wrong... She had a miscarriage." Tahira whispered and my eyes widened

"What?" I whispered in disbelief and she nodded slowly

"And whatever went wrong... It... She couldn't have any kids after that."

"Of course she couldn't... I can't imagine losing our baby." I said and she shook her head

"She became infertile, Harry."
