At my local train station there is a brick wall that is ALWAYS covered it posters. Recently the community has taken them down and not allowed any more to go up. They have even put up multiple signs up saying "BILL POSTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED".
But you can't stop the graffiti. There's always going to be graffiti. I usually don't like graffiti, but this time...
...just look at the media section. XD
